Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Supplier Should Submit IT & GST Return Documents.

All documents (Originals copy should be scan and attach) should be submitted

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

The Security Deposit will be released only after satisfactorily completion of defect liability period

The vendor must be registered in MGNREGA.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Vendor in its name should have achieved minimum 50% of Tender Amount in One financial year i.e Rs. 9.40 Lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only)

The Bills are provided according to man days and Progress of Work.

Ensuring that there is no wastage during supply of material and in case of any wastage appropriate action will be taken against the supplier as per the KTPP Norms.

As the project is being implemented under the MGNREGA project, a letter of commitment from the Assistant Executive Engineer to supply the materials of good quality at the specified place at the specified time and to keep the said materials in proper storage until the Completion of Work.

The Supplier Should Submit Royalty Paid Bills.

EMD of Disqualified supplier will be paid after 30 days of tender opended.

In case of delay in supply of material or supply of poor quality material at any time the tender shall be cancelled. Without giving any notice and security deposit amount will be refunded.

The Eligible supplier should submit the material tested certificate from the 3rd Party.

Lumpsum and other amounts adopted in the work will be paid to eligible L-1 contractors as item wise adopted amount as per estimate sheet.

The Lampsum amount in Schedule B shall not be considered in the tender amount

Tenderer must have liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than 50% amount Put to Tender (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. for three months of Rs. 9.40 Lakhs
