Materials and labour for 16-18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbedand polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateformand like in cement morter (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed .

Providing edge moulding to 16-18 mm thick stone(any description) of counters vanities etc, including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed .

H.D.P.E Double wall Corrugated(DWC) pipes (ISI marked) 150 mm bore SN-8 Class as per IS 16098 part II for non pressure underground drainage and sewerage applications with specials including cost of special O rubber ring couplers etc. ,laid intrenches on concrete bed to level/gradient jointing with appropriate class fittings as per manufacturer's instructions including jointing accessories and fittings complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete ,all as specified and directed .

Providing precast cement conrete type B1 1:2:4, 20mm graded aggregate, set in cement mortar 1:6 in landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), shaft cover at roof level, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete ,all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all specified and directed .

Material and labour for Preparing surface of wall and applying 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound on wall surface including applying two coats of Epoxy Resin coating Polymer modified cementation coating as per manufacturers instructions as on wall over the plaster surface (in shaft area) , height upto 15m including all necessary scaffolding & safety equipment etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Above coated rates are inclusive of scaffolding, safety equipment, liquid water proofing compound and epoxy rasin coating. Note :- Epoxy rasin coating shall be done by authorised applicator.

M&L for preparation of surface to remove all lose material, clean by wire brush and clean with water apply two coat of acrylic polymer based damp proof compounent, as per manufacturer instruction. Apply second coat perpendicular direction to first coat and after 4 - 6 hours dry of first coat on wall or similar area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Dampproof coating shall be done by authorised applicator.

Material and labour for Distempering with 1st quality nanotechnology based nano water based premium acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre with unique chemical composition of finest quality are durable,water repellent,becteria resistant, thermally insulating, elastometric, and it should protect the wall from the damaging effects. The paint should be water repellent property , in addition to its polymer composition that prevents dust settling on the wall, including preparation & priming coat, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on wall ( smart periodicals )complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade ,nanotechnology based nano water based electomeric finish two coat over and above one coat of water based electomeric primer not containing toxic material likew Pb, Cr, Zn, biocides/ organocides; having defect -free nano - particle withinhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing rate above 40% and high anti - fungal properties, with super- hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750, with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1%. 40 micron DFT of top coat . including scaffolding , surface pre paration & cleaning etc. Two or more coats on wall (smart periodical) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Distempering shall be done by authorised applicator. (ii) All necessary scaffolding, safety equipment and all other tool & material inclusive in above item qouted rates.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below:- (a) Making fillet of size 25 x 25 mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of acrylic polymer cementious coating for water proofing , two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing of joints of pipe with Epoxy putty . (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and applying a coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of acrylic polymer cement and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300 mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Applying a coat of acrylic polymer cementious coating brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of acrylic polymer cement , two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured for 2 days.
