Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soils), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing precast cement concrete solid block masonry design mix type C5 exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing Hardcore of gauge not exceeding. 63 mm, using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing machine pressed rubber moulded(on vibrating table) precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigments confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over and including 50mm thick crushed stone sand as in cushioning all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed

Supply and fix prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed

Material & Labour for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise described exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in hard standing and the like including finishing the surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and directed

Dismantling expanded metal any thickness or mesh (weight not exceeding 4kg per sqm) fixed with steel or wood fillets all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section,(posts embedded in Concrete, brick work masonry etc) including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed

Supply and fix mild steel sections in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed. NOTE Fixing of fencing shall be measured and paid separately

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires/bars, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed. NOTE Supply only chain link fencing and line wire/bar shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape all as required for securing chain link fencing as specified and directed of grade Fe-410-O all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel sections in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of grade Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete as specified and directed

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) 1:11/2:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams;plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed. NOTE Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately.
