Supply, laying/fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning LT electric cable, XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty 1100 volts grade, multistranded aluminum conductor, laid in existing ducts or fixed to walls upto a height of 30.00 metre (maximum) with appropriate/suitable size clamps/hooks, as approved by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed of size :- NOTE :- (i) Appropriate / suitable size clamps/hooks, as approved by Engr-in-Charge shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Cutting hole for fixing clamps / hooks and making good shall be measured and paid for separately.

Mild steel work in clamps, hooks, stays, made to shape and size as directed and fitted in position, including nuts, bolts and washers as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type LT Panel factory made, CPRI approved, openable from front & rear, double door type, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of zinc chrome primer, 4 Nos heat shrink insulated bus bar of 1.5 times rating of incoming MCCB including all connections with aluminium strip pillar board provided with danger notice plate with skull & bone sign, making all electrical incoming and out going electrical cable connections with new lugs, glands to be provided at cable entries, including , MS channel frame of ISMC 75 at base of panel only and 04 Nos legs of not less than 75 cm long each below the base of panel made of angle iron 50 x 5 0 x 6 mm for grouting purpose and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge and comprising of following accessories:-

Taking out old aluminium bus bar from any location/situation at a height upto 30.00 metre (Max) and removing from site of work all as directed

Dismantling existing LT panel board including fittings/fixtures and removing from site of work all as directed.
