Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for pre constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500 mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 or latest revision and direction of Engineer Incharge (only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by approved agency and specified guarantee for 10 (ten) years shall be furnished by the contractor.
SECTION-B: Flooring, Tiling & Dado :- Labour charges for murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of not exceeding 150 mm thickness including consolidation etc. complete (using murrum available at BARC campus with a lead of up to 4 Km)

Providing and fixing Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved make in different sizes conforming to IS 15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using Crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Using Tiles of size 600 X 600 mm
Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 of approved make. shade and colour of size ranging from 300 - 600 mm long and 300 mm - 600 mm wide and thickness not less than 6 mm as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (using crushed sand), setting the tiles in cement slurry and pointing the joints with matching colour Tile grout of approved make of matching shade including using PVC tile trim in the exposed corners, complete as per drawings, patterns and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing minimum 17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished granite (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut ZEBRA BLACK colour granite for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

SECTION-E: Reinforced Cement Concrete:- Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser/super plasticiser / bonding agents) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications upto plinth level

SECTION-F: Reinforced Steel & Structural Steel:-Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with preferably PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grades of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Notes: (i) Steel is to be supplied by the contractor. (ii)Using TMT bars of specified grades confirming to IS: 1786 of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the own plants of SAIL, RINL or TATA make only using virgin materials. (iii) The Contractor shall supply copy of documentry evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificates from these firms and also testing from third party from approved laboratory to be arranged at no extra cost. (iv) Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.
Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Note: (i) The Contractor shall shall supply copy of documentry eveidence and purchase of steel, test certification from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratory without any extra cost. (II) Welding weights, connections, bolts, and nuts shall not be measured for payment, but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. (III) Welding electrodes manufactured by M/S. Adani/Orelicon/ ESAB India &D&H of specified suitable grade only shall be used. iv) Holes to be drilled only by drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. v)Rates inclusive of all consumables like gas, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc.,.Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing and placing at site MS foundation bolt of required size, shape and length as per IS:5624, of mechanical property class – 6.8 as per IS:1367-Part-3, with two numbers of compatible hexagon nuts of class 14H (conforming to IS:1367, part 7), washers conforming to IS : 2016 with each bolt of reputed make, fixing at site complete as per drawing and technical specifications. G.I. Crimpnet gate:- Providing, fabrication, erection of G.I. Crimpnet gate and side supports with the following details: a) Excavation for side supports, soling, PCC, formwork and curing. b) 150mm square Box type side supports in position using 2 Nos. ISMC 150 (unit weight 16.4 kg/m) with hold fasts on four sides of side supports using angle 65 x 65 x 6mm and 12mm thick base plate of size 300mm x300mm below box type side supports. c) Gate shutter with G. I. Tubular frames of Class 'C' / heavy duty G. I. pipes and bends (Nominal pipe size - 1 1/2" NB, 38mm i/d, 5.41kg/m), G. I. Crimpnet of size 50mm X 8g welded on angle iron frame of ISA 40x 40x5mm. Fixing of M. S. flat beading of size 20 x 5mm to hold crimpne. d). Wheels and semi circular 20mm flat below wheel for easy movement of gate. e) Pivot type hinges (3 nos. for each shutter of gate), locking arrangements (aldrop and tower bolts.) f) Painting of gates using priming coat. (Gate - 01 Nos.)
Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled door type of approved colours including the cost of 100 mm ISI marked heavy quality stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws. FRP door shutters flush door / panelled type with plain colour or wooden veneer finish of approved make, design & colour. made out of 1.5 mm thick FRP skin moulded over wooden frame work of 40 mm wide and required thickness wooden styles and minimum 100 mm wide lock rails and wooden blocks for door stoppers, tower bolts, baby latch, aldrop, handles etc. wherever required and core filled with Polyurethane Foam and fixing with 4 Nos 100 mm (ISI marked) stainless steel hinges with S.S. wood screws
SECTION-G: Masonary Work and Plastering:- Providing and constructing brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand in super structure above plinth up to 6m ht in all shapes and sizes including curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Brickwork at all levels with standard bricks in C.M 1:4 using crushed Sand
Providing and constructing Half brick masonry using bricks of approved quality / class, make/ brand in partition walls in C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete and with stiffners of RCC 1:2:4 (105 X 75 mm size) at every 900 mm height including form work curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding reinforcement up to 20 m height. (Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item)
Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding upto 6m height complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brick work / masonry or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (onlyareaofthe chicken mesh used alone will be measured)
SECTION-H: Painting and Water proofing:- Providing and Painting with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) with Two coats on new work of approved make and manufacturer and of required shade and colour, including scaffolding, preparation of the surfaces ,etc., including a coat of approved cement primer.as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (at all levels)
Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and painting walls with (TWO coats) of approved shade of high build protective, elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint of approved make of required shade, minimium dry film thickness of 250 microns acheived in two or more coats / as per manudacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush , scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (at all levels)
Providing Chemical based water proofing of modified acrylic emulsion Polymer and Elasomeric waterproofing coating of "M/s. INDOFIL"- MC-76 or approved equivalent product over terrace slab/ parapet/ side walls etc. at all elevations including polycon based fibrous net complete including cleaning and preparation of surface and testing by ponding water complete with following operations 1. Removing of all loose materials by wiremesh and clean entire terrrace with clean water by using water jet wherever required. 2.Open all visible crack by plaster cutting machine in "V" shape 3. Dilute Indifil binder with water in the Ratio of 1:4 and pour on the bare slab to be treated 4. Apply Indfofil binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 and water to obtain paste like consistancy and fill the cracks. 5.Apply Indofil bond coat of INDOFIL binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 to entire terrace. 6. First coat of INDOFIL binder & cement at the rate of 1.48sq.m per litre of Indofil 7.Lay polycon based firous net (polester geotextile of minimum 80 GSM) for entire area immediately before drying of first coat to get proper bonding 8. Apply one miore coat of INDOFIL binder & cement above fibre net 9. Apply 2 coats of INDOFIL- FlexCote -WP @ 2.40 Sq.M per litre with dilution 10% weight of potable water. 10.Test the surface for water tightness
SECTION-I: Doors, Aluminum Works, Structural Glazing :- Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing aluminium aldrops of size 250 X 16 mm ISI marked anodised transparent or dyed to requried colour or shade with necessary screws, bolting from rear side complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Manufacture, supply and installation of louvers made of 4 mm thick aluminium composite panels of approved make in the external vertical face and flush with the facade system for inlet of fresh air as per the design / details including all necessary aluminium (with minimum 25 micron thick anodisation) frames, sub frames, peripheral flashings to avoid any ingress of water inside the building with stainless steel bird wire mesh on the inside etc. complete as per details in approved shop drawing and specifications
Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters gear operated type with handles including top hood 0.90 mm thick of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS lathes 18 gauge interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary springs of required size and M. S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters
Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing motorized arrangements (with remote & manual operation) including designing, control panels, limit switches,required wiring and cables from panel to motor and required size of shaft etc of approved make all as per standard specifications including commisioning and testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(only power supply point will be provided) .For rolling shutters up to 15.00 sq.m opening area.

SECTION-J: Roofing:- Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 m. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Galvalume sheet roofing 0.50 mm Thickness in Single sheet

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter.
