Illumination of Mechanical and Hospital Engineering Complex on the eve of National events with allied works

Illumination of Mechanical and Hospital Engineering Complex Bikram Chowk Jammu on the eve of Independence Day and Republic day 2025-26 by providing and fitting of LED Chain lights and Decorative Flood Lights on hiring basis. The Job includes Providing and fitting of LED Chain Lights( White /Yellow colour) and Decorative LED flood Lights 200 Watt to cover the front façade of the Building. The Job includes providing/fitting of switches, sockets, wires, extension boards necessary for lighting system as and where required. The light chains shall hang from the top to bottom of the front wall of Mechanical and Hospital Engineering Complex Jammu and the distance between two consecutive chains should not be more than 1.5 ft. The flood lights not less than 10 nos should be installed in such a way that the entire front façade of the building shall be covered and illuminated. The illumination system complete in all respects shall be installed for 03 days before and after the days of national importance. The service provider shall provide comprehensive maintenance services to keep all the lighting system/Led lights in good working condition and without any disruptions. The services will include carrying out the necessary repair /maintenance, replacement of consumables like LED lights/cables/switch boards etc free of cost during the assigned period. All spares/consumables etc must be of standard make. The service provider shall depute a skilled electrician along with helper for all 07 days to meet any exigency if any on call immediately. Job also includes painting of supporting pipe, providing of new national flag along with rope and decoration of area with tricolor balloons and flowers and making a mock drill after complete sweeping of the site. The complete illumination system shall be installed twice in a year. The job includes cost of material, Labour charges, transportation , tools and tackles required for the execution of the job and all the taxes as applicable.
