Providing barricade along the demarked peripheri of site using steel posts upto 10.00 m height temporarily with all warning signs and removing the same after the completion of job. Complete including all necessary fitting.
Providing and erecting at site self-supported two legged B class tubular steel scaffolding to reach till height 15.00 m at work on the girders, piers, expansion gap including approaches, extension, working plateform, ladders, lifting tackle for men and materials etc. all complete, dismentling and taking away all materials and debris after completion of proposed work etc. all complete. (Measurement based on two legged scaffold with width of 1.00 mbetwwen legs: height and length as actual to be used for measurement).
Removal of existing cement concrete wearing coat upto 75 mm thickness including its disposal complete as per Technical Specification without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge structure and removal of dismantled material with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m
Clean existing reinforcement withwire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete. Chemical cleaning of th corroded rebars with Reebaklens RR or equivalent, acid etching agent and water wasshing to remove the errosion deposits along with the chemical cleaning agent. (Mode of measurement -per sqmt of breaking area of concrete)
Supplying and applying two coats of Zinc rich anti-corrosive protective coating with'Techguard 102' of Choksey Chemicals or euivalent @ 0.50 Lit per Sqm over thoroughly cleaned and prepared steel bars including formwork as directed and specified by the department complete.
Makeup lost steel area due to corrosion by providing additional steel reinforcement. The steel confirm to IS 1786 grade Fe 415/Fe 500. Anchor the steel rebar in sound concrete body up to desired depth by structural GRADE adhesive. Fixing of rebars is to be with pre lift binding wires with existing steel at regular grid after aligning concrete profile with new mortar up to existing steel face. Replacement of corroded reinforcement by cutting and welding new reinforcement of minimum 25 mm dia, including lapping on the both sides to the specified length as directed and asper relevant IS/IRC codes and cost of gas, welding rods, higher charge of welding machines etc. including formwork as required. (Reinforcement to be measured and paid seperately)
Supplying and applying Epoxy based bonding agent Masterbond EP of Choksey Chemicals or euivalent @ 0.50 Lit pe sqm after totally saturating the cleaned concrete surface with clean water for proper bonding of old and new concrete including formwork as specified and directed by the department complete.
Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical Specification at a thickness of 10 mm.
Applying pre-packed cement based polymer mortar of strength 45 Mpa at 28 days for replacement of spalled concrete.
Centring and Shuttering work for Micro concreting: Providing and fixing rigid & water tight shuttering for application of micro- concrete including its removal after completion of repair work. The mould must be suitable, robust and firmly fixed to withstand the applied pressure without leakage of grout. The specifications, materials, fixing methods shall be as per relevant IS codes/CPWD specifications & as per directions of E-I-C.
Drilling 14 mm dia holes on the concrete surface to a depth of 75mm using a rotary cum hammering,drilling machine as per specification and throughly cleaning the hole using compressed air & water jet and fixing of shear connectors of 8mm dia and anchoring it with polyester resin anchor grout Lokfix P of Fosroc india and as per manufacture's specifications.(Cost inclusive of drilling,cleaning,fixing, steel,labour,tools and tackles)
Applying Fresh non-shrink, freely flowing, cenmentitious polymer based micro concrete (wet density of about 2259 kg/m3) shall be used to repair the cut area after thoroughly cleaning the surface of the steel, that exhibits a strength of about 75 Mpa in 28 days both measured at 30c. Cast-in-situ or any other suitable technique may be used to apply the concrete. Using the appropriate Curing compound, surfaces shall be sprayed immidiately upon removal the formwork, extending at least 10 cm onto the adjacent concrete around the periphery of the repair.
Providing and insrting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting / removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with cement /Epoxy.
Sealing of cracks/porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nippls complete as per clause 2803.1.

Patching in depression of concrete surface wherever necessary by laying epoxy putty , Nitocote VF of Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent @ 1 Lit per sqm after proper surface preparation and proper scraping of concrete protrusion as specified and directed by the department complete including formwork .
Strengthening structural elements with non metallic composite fiber wrapping system Nitowrap EP CF 450 GSM or equivalents, comprise of glass or Carbon fiber sheet and compatible saturant, by dry/wet layup system including surface preparation: Grinding/moulding concrete substrate, cleaning it with wire brush removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25 mm radius etc. complete. Profilling: Applying compatible primer on prepared substrate, Filling the holesand uneven surface with thixotropio putty etc. complete wrapping: wrapping the fiber sheet to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc. repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with the interval of 8 hrs. Sand pasting: Applying second coat of saturant after min. 12 hrs, rectify air voids if any paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes (Mode of Measurement-Area shall be measured by surface Area of RCC element)
Plastering the surface with high rich polymer modified mortar 10mm thick with cement sand mortar in prop. 1:4 mixed with 100% acrylic polymer Mastercrete M-81 of Chosey chemicals or equivalent @15% by weight of cement followed by proper curing as specified and directed by the department complete including formwork.
Labour for Lifting of superstructure span by jacking up from below i.e. by placing the jacks on pier/abutment caps for span length of 30m. (Cost of bearing to be paid extra) Rectification of Bearings as per Technical Specifications. a. 4 Lane Flyover (The Rate for 4 Lane will be two times of schedule rate considered for 2 lane)
