Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Main Oxygen Manifold 2 x 10 cylinders with NRV's, Tail pipes and Middle frame etc complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fully automatic Oxygen Control Panel (1500 lpm) (indigenous) with automatic changeover from Running Bank to Reserve Bank of cylinders and having non- haloggenated polymer in the high pressure side of the primary regulators and 40 micron inlet filters complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solid drawn ,seamless deoxidised non or senical half hard tempered and degreased , medical grade copper pipes of following sizes confirming BSEN 13348, the piping installation shall be complete with sizes and types of fittings confirming to EN 1254-1 standard, with a copy of third party inspection certificate from Lloyd's register services/ SGS certified/ Tata certified complete including painting and fixing with all accessories as required as site -indigenous.

Supply, fixing and testing of isolation valves suitable for the following pipe diameter using brass fittings on both sides complete in all respects, the isolation valve shall be non lubricated type , stainless hard chrome brass with PTFE sheet , having opening by turn of handle . The valve shall be pneumatically tested and degreased for medical gas services complete -(indigenous).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Microprocessor based area alarms for all critical areas where monitoring is necessary for the status of different services . The alarm system shall be complete with sensor, indicators, alarms complete in all respects with all other accessories for 2 Gas Microprocessor Controlled Alarm With Digital Display complete. (indigenous)

Supply and fix bed head panel 4 ft long made out of 1.6mm laminated aluminium sheet die pressed such a shape that looks good as directed.

Supply only oxygen cylinders D type of capacity 7000 liters.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4), including demolition of old brickwork or stone masonry of any type.

M & L for MS round bars 6mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350mm or 450 x 300mm, 7 to 8mm thick in verticle surfaces such as dado / skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement pigmented to the match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat and finish the surface rough to receive the tile including dismantling existing hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) etc on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete including removal of unserviceable fittings such as switches, switch-sockets, ceiling roses, light fittings etc and removing the retrieved materials from site including making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceilings etc to match with the adjoining work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable, 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed of size 1.5 Sqmm single core in and including PVC concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia ( medium duty ISI marked) and conduit fittings with including junction box , sunken box and 3 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet top cover for one fan / light/ exhaust fan/ buzzer point controlled by one switch including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed with single core, multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth & connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to included the cost of cutting chases in walls/ pillars/ column etc of any description for cealing the boxes and PVC conduit to required depth and making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface.

All as per item No 17 above but for one socket outlet 6 pin, 6/16 Amp multipurpose 2 in 1 on independent board with cable of 2.5 Sq mm, multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable including provision of 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLSH cable continuos as earth wire connected to earth dolly, conductor etc.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 single core cable PVC insulated unsheathed of copper multi strandard conductor FRLSH cable of size 4 sqmm, 1100 votls grade drawing through in and including PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia medium duty including acessories such as Tee, bend, Elbow etc, ISI marked with and including PVC insulated 4 sqmm unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable for earth continuity and connected to common earth dolly including cutting chasing of wall, if required and making good disturbed surface in CM (1:3) and finishig the surface to match with existing surface etc complete all as specified. Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth in soft / loose soil for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) for protection of cable or fixing poles and stays and struts and including trimming of sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete .

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete.

M & L for local sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR-Part-1 before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable and punned down to 180mm after laying complete. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type I, with flat size 250mmx 150mmx40mm for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable, perpendicular to the direction of cable complete.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE LT Cable 1100 V, heavy duty with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor suitable for earthed system, laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete having cross sectional area of 50 Sqmm 3.5 core. (Exacavation & earth work, jointing material , cable cover & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item of this BOQ.)

M & L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. Note :- (a) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from earth pit. Pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (b) 4mm dia GI wire and 15mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 metre shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
