Material and labour for 18mm thick Granite jet black shade machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms, basin top etc and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape, size and pattern, IS - 15658-2006 (Marked) of 60 mm thickness of M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment including 25mm thick sand filling under interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for coarse sand filling over the floor and levelled complete all as specified and directed .

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit of Rs. 10000.00.
