Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL (unreinforced concrete) complete all as sprecified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base 100mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor fair and even complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for birckwork with fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength old size , is straight or curved on pian exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 05 but except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note : All type bricks retrieved from item No. 4 will be used.

Taking down cement plaster in any description including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of dia 110mm complete all as specified and as directed.
