Upkeeping of inside all office/service/welfare building including brooming and mopping of floor by applying water and cleaner liquid, cleaning wall, ceiling, partitions, plinth protection, main road, branch road, drains at workshop premises by brooming, sweeping the floor of each section, removal of vegetation, siltation, cleaning of grass, toilets, roofs and all the miscellaneous necessary day to day works as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge complete (By engaging 12 nos unskilled man power). SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS ITEM (A) Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including toilets (Qty per day 1083.46 Sqm), (B) Cleaning and brooming of floor (Qty per week 20824.02 Sqm), (C) Cleaning of toilets not attached to office (Qty per day 6 nos), (D) Upkeeping of concrete pavement/road (Qty per month 100392.86 Sqm), (E) Cleaning of Drains above 250mm width (Qty per month 192.50 Mtr), (F) Cleaning of drains upto 250mm width (Qty per month 2182.22 Mtr), (G) Cleaning of drains including removal of earth (Total Qty 6.75 Cum), (H) Clearing jungle (as and when required), (I) Clearing of grass (as and when required), (J) Upkeeping of engine washing section along with surroundings of oil and grease trap attached drains regularly (1 labour per day).

Supply of napthalene balls of ISI make approved brand including overhead charges.

Supply and providing of black phenyl(BENGAL CHEMICAL Lamp brand) or its equivalent approved brand in sealed container as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supply and providing of bleaching powder conforming to BIS specifications in sealed bags of 25 kg. capacity as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of bathroom freshner like odonil or equivalent approved brand of 72gm packet including overhead charges.

Supply of air freshner like Godrej aer spray or equivalent approved brand of 240 ml bottle including overhead charges.

Providing Polyester reflective strips safety jackets for high visibility for the labours engaged (12 nos labour).Yellow/Green/Red/Blue Colour with "CWS IBV" written on front and , "MCL" along with logo on the back as per instruction of EIC.

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) For lead of 1 km

Periodical collection of burnt oil and depositing the same at Store with keeping proper records as per instruction of engineer-in-charge (frequency once in a 2 months). The contractor shall take necessary action for issuing vacant drums from Store and then deposit the burnt oil after collection.

Supplying and stacking at work site coarse clean sand with all lead and royalty, all complete.

Supplying and stacking at work site saw dust powder with all lead complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and fixing of choked and disjointed WP/ gutters/ channels/roof top, rain water pipe including taking out and opening of pipes etc. and refixing with necessary fittings etc. and disposal of unserviceable material as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of over head water tank (HDPE / Masonary) by applying bleaching powder, washing the tank neatly as per instruction of EIC.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Internal work - Exposed on wall.15 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Day to day maintenance of water supply net work and plumbing work etc. with all labour cost but excluding cost of materials as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Removal of chokage / blockage of inspection chambers by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting , trimming of branches and transport them to out side of the workshop campus as per direction of EIC, avoiding unnecessary cutting of tree. All branches must be colected and disposed off out side of the workshop campus as per direction of EIC. No small plant will be count on this regard neither payment will be made for them including all loading and unloading etc.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames.25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame.
