Dismantling of Kota stone slab, Granite of any description in floor, laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar, Cudappah slab supports of platform & interlocking paver blocks bedded on sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring, 18-22 mm thick ( minimum size of kota stone slab 16"x22" ) laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2.00 here-in-before but 15-18 mm thick as in risers to steps and skirting laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Riser provided to steps shall be in one piece. .

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slabs 18 to 22 mm thick as in treads of steps of stair case in single piece with 2 nos V groove cutting laid over and including 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including, rounding and moulding edges, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick pre-polished granite stone slab of approved shade as in table top, top of WHB, kitchen slab/platform, steps, gate pillars, cills etc or on vertical surfaces including vertical projection, including full round moulding the edges, laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, jointing, pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite and rubbing polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Colour and shade as approved by GE.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick (plain or printed), area of each tile 450x300x7 mm thick , as on vertical surfaces like dado, skirting etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Colour and shade approved by Engr-in -charge

M & L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles mat finish 7 to 8 mm thick ( square /Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm (600x600mm) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 10.00 here-in-before but in dado / skirting or on vertical surfaces, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing stone masonry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing for new or old surface surface to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought to course in cement mortar 1:4, including racking out joints etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick, block or stone walls etc (at any height) including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete & removing debris outside MD land as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete, ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/Sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardantand fixed in position with mild steel hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per specified and as directed. Note: (i) Minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable for WPC solid door/window frames. M & L for Water proofing treatment to floor & vertical surfaces of sunken portion complete comprising the following (floor area of WC/Bath not exceeding 1.5 sqm) :- (a) After demolition of floor and lime concrete etc. remove all loose particles along with existing water proofing treatment (any no. of layers) with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square meter duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c) 15mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WP compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding.

(d) Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm (e) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 for fillin of sunken portion after conceling all membrane and sealing all joints to the entire with broken bats and light weight, floor area of WC/Bath not exceeding 1.5 sqm and provide hole in the wall and fix 600 mm long 20 mm dia GI spouts light grade, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) filling complete all as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The rates include for drilling of the hole RCC @ 1.00 m centre to centre, to a depth to a length of 30 mm and fixing of PVC pipes of dia 15/20 mm laid dry and grouting with cement slurry mixed with can bax 100 chemical with pressure grouting with minimm 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 76.00 here-in-before but floor area of WC/Bath/kitchen exceeding1.5 sqm and not exceeding 3 sqm

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs, for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish outside MoD land. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm.

(iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for cutting chases for pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc. and making good, cutting exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth all as specified and as directed..

S&F in repairs, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks colour white (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 500 litres capacity, tripple layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed to iron pipe and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks colour white (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 1000 litres capacity, tripple layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed to iron pipe and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of service tank upto 500 ltrs by removing all scale, dirt, silt, mud etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes including washing of tank internally with bleaching powder after removing scale dirt mud ec from tank and removing algae outside from tank from below bottom of tank and disinfecting tank by soraying sodium hypo chlorite solution in tank writing down date of cleaning on tank by synthetic enamel paint size of alphabet/numerical shall be minimum 7 cm using stencils complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall include dismantling and refixing of water tank and check float valve refixed or provide new as applicable as etc complete all as specified and as directed.
