Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces such as stone or concrete surfaces with using water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for rendering 12mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete or stone masonry surfaces with cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
