Repair and Maintenance of P.S Building at Mathili in the District of Malkangiri for the year 2026-27

Earthwork excavation in hard soil with all leads & lifts including rough dressing &levelling bed & depositing the excavated material away from the working site as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance,royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40 mm size grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and fixing of WPC door frames with rebate cuts and finished cross section size 75mm x 45mm or 90mm x 50mm, including cost of all materials, cost of all labour conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading scaffolding, slaging watering and curing, T&P, etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting, fixing of AI door with OEL anodised AI door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick pre-laminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No.4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No.1855 including all cost of labour, T&P, hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in all floors of M.S. grills, grill gates, M.S. gates, garage door, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, critical frames for windows, stair case and parapet railing made out of M.S Square bar/ flat including stair case hand railing with 40mm. dia G.I.pipe etc. including painting two coats over a coat of redoxide primer as per approved drawing and design with cost of all materials & labour, labour cess, T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Chequered tile in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make including all cost etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with approved Water Bound Wall cement Primer on Plastered Surface of approved make including all cost etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats with any approved shade of distemper including all cost of materials etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
