Dismantaling of existing wall paneling of any type and any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12-15 mm thick PVC/WPC wall panel/ louver panel for /3d wall panel for interior wall décor /echo friendly fluted panel for wall in any design pattern/any colour fixed inclusive of fixing on to wall with neccesssary fittings including cutting of panel for existing electric board/taking down board and refixing if required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick Prelam PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, Insulated PVC Wall Lining, and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing at site. complete all as specified and directed

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhat with shutter without taking off shutter from chowkhat of any description not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhat with shutter exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineerin- charge

S&F of anodised aluminium frame for doors ,windows, ventilators or fixed frame with one or more rebates including and not to paid separetly joining cleat,screws as requered for fixing etc and for Powder Coating above to (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, sliding windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.. complete all as specified

S&F sheet glass, ordinary quality, of 4 mm thick in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m each pane complete all as specified and directed.
