Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) of approved make including cost of all labour , materials etc complete etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Priming one coat with any approved primer etc completed as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper etc completed as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section no. 3215 with 2' - 0" center to center, L section no. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'- 0" x 2' - 0" with card board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Chequered tiles make in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement: 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubing and polishing with cost,coveyance of all materials etc. complete.

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance , taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P requred for the work including the cost of primer, all other materials etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing Steel Angle Iron window frame with M.S grill manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tailed hold fasts made out of M.S. flats of size 200 mm x 50 mm x 30 mmx 5 mm thick at the rate of 4 nos per frame with M.S hinges of size 75 mm & 14 SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos for each single leaf shutter tower bolt ring & m.s grill made of 19 mm x 5 mm flat properly welded to the window frame with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including 1% cess as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete work (1:2:4) using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 28 days including finishing the exposed surface including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade inculding cost of paint. etc completed as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
