Manning and operation of complete central air heating plant and power house installation along with following parts of plants at PAO LSRC in three shifts per days (each shift of 08 hrs) including maintenance of all records as required and cleaning of plant and surrounding area, description of plant is as under :- Plant Room (a) Boiler high speed diesel fired to heat glycol 4.0 Lacs Kilo Calories - 02 Nos (b) LT Cubical main control Panel for Boilers - 01 Nos (c ) Glycol fluid control Pumps - 8 Nos (d ) Fan Coil Units comprising of fan blower - 570 Nos (e) POL tank -01 No (f) DG Set 250 KVA silent type -01 Nos (g) Multiskiled man Power-03 Nos Per day (01 No in each shift)

Note: (Srl item No 1.00 of BOQ (I) The operators shall be ITI qualified of any branch/ subbranch of electrical or mechanical/airconditioning/ Refrigeration trade and minimum three years experience in operation of similar plants. (II) The contractor shall be responsible for doing minor nature of complaints viz (i) Cleaning of air filters of FCU, ii) Stopping of leakage of glycol by providing teflon tape or suitable packing or M-seal as per the requirement of site from any place of the system of CHS, iii) Attending any nature of CHS complaints and rectification thereof, iv) Repair of insulation of pipe line of CHS by binding it with transparent adhesive tape, v) Tightening of any loose electrical connection from LT panel / FCU, Cleaning of Contactors, all as directed at site. (III) Installation shall be maintained and operated round the clock incuding Sunday and Holidays (IV) Operating DG Set (Stand by) as and when required or main supply goes off including maintenance of DG set and maintaining daily log sheet. (V) Testing of Heating efficiency once in a week at the user out let point and recording test result in a register and to be get signed by Engineer-in-Charge and maintaining the consumption of Glycol which will be issued under Sch 'B' free for colloection from MES store yard time to time as & when required. (VI) Carry out weekly maintenance of electrical panels installed in CHS Plant and intimate to Engr-in-Charge immediatetly for any defects/break down/repairs required. (VII) Carry out tightening of nuts and bolts, replace whenever required, and apply and grease. (VIII) Proper dress i.e. overall combinaion of grey/navy blue colour, protective clothing, protective shoes, mask, gloves, material like cotton waste/jute etc. testing instruments and other equipment required for maintenance and operation shall be arranged by the contractor wihin the overall cost quoted against the item. No extra amount shall be paid separately on this account. (Recovery will be made against non wearing of uniform @ Rs 250/- per shift and Recovery for absent from duty (per shift) will be recovered @ double the wages of per shift) (IX) Safety devices as per latest IS shall be arranged by the contractor for his labour deployed in maintenance and operation work. Also necessary T&P required while working shall be arranged by the contactor at this own cost. No extra amount shall be entertained separately on this account. (X) Register, Log sheet and other stationery items to be provided by the contractor within the overall cost quoted against the item.
