Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description, size and thickness including cement mortor bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade polished, size of each tiles 1200 x 600 mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles glossy finish on vertical surface 1200x 600X 7-8mm thick with and including 10mm thick CM 1:3 backing coat, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match etc complete all as directed.

M & L for Non - skid/Matt finish coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) laid in floors area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

S&F Gl frame work of grid size 605x605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre with and including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long etc complete all as specified

S&F 10mm PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper etc complete all as specificed and as per directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.
