TERM CONTRACT FOR CARRYING OUT ARTIFICER WORKS AT VARIOUS UNITS SITUATED AT FOR ALL UNITS AT TANGTSE AND GUN HILL IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R- III UNDER GE 860 EWS

Term Contract for artificers works to perform such service and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule, Part-I, 2009 and Part-II, 2020 during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rate contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule. (Note : (i) The quantities as inserted under column 03 is for guidence only to complete the BOQ. The actual quantities will be ordered as on when required during execution of work as per site requirement and will be priced at the rates as contained in MES Schedule, Part-II (Rate), 2020 plus the percentage as quoted above. (ii) The estimated rate as inserted under column 5 and 6 is the approximate total amount of the whole contract price ie upto and including percentage as quoted above at MES Schedule of Rate 2020. Actual amount of work will be ordered as on when required during execution as per site requirement priced at MES Schedule of Rate, 2020 plus contractor percentage as quoted above)
