Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 metre) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, with necessary bolts, nuts and washers screws, pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth (i.e., embedded portion in ground / concrete) and the remaining external complete pole portion shall be painted two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, painting of black & yellow alternate strips of 30cm each externally from ground level upto 1.5m with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Excavation in trenches, PCC in bed concrete, foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and Fix Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel confirming IEC 61439-1&2 for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system of capacity 400 KVAR with incoming MCCB 4P, 630 Amps, 50 KA, Microprocessor controlled, duly with 10% of fixed capacity and 90% of variable capacity in steps operating with 12 steps APFC control module.

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate of size 300x300mm x 3mm thick as earth electrode burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper plate all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the copper earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Chemical Earthing, maintenance free with 17.2mm electrode copper coated steel rod 3 mtrs long using 23 kg of powerfill and 9kg powerset compound with brass clamps (earth pit not less than 3.0 M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the electrode connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, and nuts check nuts and washers of brass including necessary escavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling, removal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mts, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1, 40MM thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement all as specified and directed and tested on completion. Supply & Laying under ground caution tape red colored for HT UG cable of size not less than 4 inch colour as per standard application wise maximum 1 roll not less than 100 mtr length complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for cutting existing road/PCC of size 45cm x 60cm for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and directed

Labour for removal and re-laying of HT UG cables laid at site in trenches complete for re-routing all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable exhaust fan complete all as directed. Note: Exhaust fan obtained shall be deposted to MES store.

UPS Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of UPS (uninterruptible Power Supply) of capacity 10 KVA, 3 Phase, AC, Input 300 to 450 volts, 3 Phase output 415 volts +_ 1%, 50Hz to provide 30 Minute backup complete with suitable battery bank of suitable capacity including cable connections as required for complete system and all as specified and directed.
