Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT out door type factory made (CPRI Approved), junction box of size 750mmX600mmX500mm (over all dimension )with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 40X6 mm in horizontal sides of the frame LT Fidder Pillar box (KIOSK), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of min 3.0 mm CRCA sheet and 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & back opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. With double door shutter and locking arrangement. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar of 700 Amps rating each as incoming /outgoing including aluminium lugs, Thimble,GI bolts, Nuts and washers of suitable size. Porcelain / synthetic bridge insulators, heavy duty with necessary steel / GI screws, bolts, nuts and washers as required, complete all as specified and as directed. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going 03 Nos/incoming 01 Nos existing cables of size 25/35/50/95/120/ 150 Sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches outside the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and

relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size lugs for terminal connections of cables.Platform for the panel U shape with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with (40mm graded crushed stone), 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B’, old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) on top and grouting bolts etc for Junction box. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All types of certificates and design verification with switch gears (ACB/MCCB) confirming to IS/IEC 61439/2011 Part - I & II with short circuit test 4000 A with breaking capacity 65KA shall be submitted by the contractor before execution of work.

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any dahage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

M&L for bricks for protection cover to underground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other length of cable equal to width of brick with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable & punned. After punning thickness of sand cushioning shall be 18 cm and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as specified and directed. Note :- only punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment.

Note:- (Excavation, earth work , taking out cable protection covers, and sand cushion and relaying the same shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor)

S&F pole mounting type junction box factory made of size 350x250x150mm of FRP sheet duly powder coated with front openable hinged door, locking arrangements, with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 40 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulator, cable glands and lugs consisting DP 6 Amps 'C' series mounted on MCB rail -01 no. including mild steel flat iron clamp made out of 40x4mm FI, nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified Engr-in- Charge.
