7. Replacement of wire mesh of size 480 x 400 mm in existing M.S.frame provided in the hole of kitchen exhaust fan. Wire mesh should be of 140G with wire dia of 0.71 Sq.mm. The M.S.frame is to be fixed back after grouting 75x6mm size; M.S. bolt. Wire mesh, nuts and bolts to be supplied by the contractor.

8. Power/ Control/ Communication Cable Laying & Termination :

8.01 Extra for cutting of roads/ floors/ drains etc.Cutting Bituminous portion of Road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials I.e.aggregate, Moorum screening, red bajri etc and labour rquired.

8.02 Extra charges for road crossing without cutting of roads.

8.03 Laying of 1no. XLPE HT/LT Cable/ PVCAPVC LT Cable/ jelly filled armoured or unarmoured/ PVC telephone cable of any size on cable tray/wall ceiling / M S structure/ in open/covered trench/ cable rack/ in hume pipe/ GI pipe etc. including laying of GI wire, clamping, fabrication of clamps,painting of clamp, tags, tagging, proper dressing of cable as required. (In case of laying in covered trench, removal and replacement of slabs before and after the job is to be done by the contractor.All other materials like clamps, saddles etc in contractor's scope.) Cable shall be supplied by NFL

8.04 Laying of UTP cable on wall, pole, columns, structure etc in PVC pipe (3/4" dia) incl proper clampimg etc. Cable will be supplied by NFL; All other materials like PVC pipe, clamps, saddles etc in contractor's scope.

8.05 Excavation and refilling of cable in trench as per scope of work after Laying of 1 no XLPE HT Cable / PVC A PVC LT cable / jelly filled armoured / unarmoured PVC Laying of 1 no. XLPE HT Cable/ PVCAPVC LT Cable/ of any size in already excavated trenches including sand cushioning, protective brick covering from three sides in bridge . It includes fixing of cable marker (To be supplied by NFL).

8.06 Laying of cable by chipping in wall/ PCC floor upto a depth of 6-8 inches. Laying and fastening of cable by catcher etc. Providing cement, making good and restoring to orignal incl supply of all meterials.cable size up to 95mm2

8.07 Removal of HT/LT cable of size 35 sqmm to 400 sqmm fromTrench / Trays / pipe structures.(Removal & replacement of slabs etc. before & after the job is to be done by the contractor. Cable to be rolled on to drum and transported as desired by the Engr-in-charge.

8.08 Dressing and clamping of LT cable on Trays/walls up to 10 cables per tray. Supply of materials like clamps, nylon thread and civil & welding jobs will be in the scope of the contractor.

8.09 Dressing of already laid Telephone cable upto size of 11 pair in PVC pipes/ Cassing -capping.( All material Like PVC pipe,Cassing-capping ,Saddle, screws, plastic gitti etc. in the scope of contractor.

8.10 Dressing of already laid LT cable upto size of 16mm square in PVC pipes/ Cassing -capping.( All material Like PVC pipe,Cassing-capping ,Saddle, screws, plastic gitti etc. in the scope of contractor

9.0 Straight through/end cable jointing with heat shrinkable kits suitable for 1.1KVgrade LT Cables of Raychem/M-Seal/Denson/3-M make. Jointer shall be trained and hold valid certifcate . Supply of joint as well as all other materials in the scope of the contractor.

10. Straight through/end cable jointing with heat shrinkable kits suitable for 11/3.3 KVgrade (UE) HT Cables of Raychem make. Jointer shall be trained and hold valid certifcate . (Supply of Kit in NFL scope)

11. Installation of cable trays as reqd. by Engr-in-Charge including welding/ cutting/ civil works.

12. Replacement of cable tray of size upto 1000mm incl. handling of cable on it.

13. Rectification of fault in Heat Convector/ Geyser incl. replacement of element (supply in NFL's scope), thermostat, wireleads, bushes, washers, gaskets etc (supply in contractor's scope) repair or replacement exculding rewinding of motor for heat convector and excluding plumbing work in case of Geyser.

14. Casting and machining of machine parts like motor end cover, foot, fan etc. as per sample.

15. Erection of MS poles in cement concrete (1:3:6)foundation including excavation, refilling , muffing as required. Cement concrete and sand will be in contractors scope. The poles shall be supplied by NFL.

16. Repair / construction of MS pole muff in cement concrete (1:3:6)foundation including excavation, refilling,welding, as required. Cement concrete and sand will be in contractors scope.

17. Replacement of MS poles in cement concrete (1:3:6)foundation including excavation, refilling , muffing as required. Cement concrete and sand will be in contractors scope, however cement can be supplied by NFL on chargeable basis, if required. The poles shall be supplied by NFL.

18. Removal of MS poles including stay wire, cross arms, insulators etc from cement concrete foundation .

19. Digging out/removal of poles from concrete foundation alongwith stay set wherever applicable.

20. Erection & rectification of stay sets as per specifications.

21. Painting/ writing of numbers & letters in Black/ Red/ White including base painting of suitable area if required) of following sizes on ceiling fans/ panels, distribution boards, poles etc. as required, paint, brush, stencil etc. will be supplied by contractor.

21.01 Sizes upto and including 50mm.

21.02 Sizes above 50mm upto 200mm.

22. Painting Job - Painting with Aluminium Paint of MS poles including associated fusebox/ D B etc with brush, after thorough surface cleaning with metal wire brush/ sand paper, and applying the red oxide primer. Two coats of the Aluminium paint are to be applied to the satisfaction of Engineer I/C on the following sizes of the poles. It also includes rewriting the pole no. and encircling it, with black paint at a height of around 1.5 mtr. from the ground.The Aluminium Paint and Red oxide primer are to be supplied/ arranged by the contractor. These paints shall be got approved by Engineer I/C.

22.01 MS Poles upto the height of 9.5Mtr.

23. Supply and erection of earth pit as per IS:3043 - 1966, including supply of GI pipe 40 mm dia, 2.5 mtr. long, charcoal, salt etc. to make a complete earthing system.

24. Supply and erection of earth pit as per drawings in detail specs and other specs as per IS:3043 - 1966, including supply of GI pipe 100 mm dia, 3.8 mtr. long, charcoal, salt etc. to make a complete earthing system.

25. Modification of existing small sized earthing pits as per IS:3043-1966 ID 600mm , depth 400mm, and width 125mm

26. Testing and Maintenance of earth pit as per detail scope

27. Maintenance of Desert cooler

27 i Supply / Replacement of pads having total weight, 400 gm (set of 3)

27 ii Supply / replacement of new mesh / jally for holding pads of Air/Desert coolers (set of three )(as per site requirement.)

27 iii Replacement of complete body incl. tank, grills, pads, wiring etc. Body should be made of 22 SWG, tank 20 SWG of GI sheet.

27 iv Supply / replacement of new water pump (with motor / sumersible) of make Tulu/ Khaitan/ GEC / Bajaj /Crompton (as per site requirement)

27 v Supply and installation of fan 18" sweep 1440 rpm, 230 VAC complete. Khaitan /GEC / Bajaj /Crompton make (as per site requirement)

27 vi Supply / Replacement of fan blade Set(Metalic)

27 vii Providing and fixing Brass/plastic Ball Valve of approved quality complete High or Low pressure with plastic Floats 15 mm bore.

27 viii Supply/ Replacement of painted cooler palla / side grill set ( 3 nos.) of size 20SWG as per site requirement.

27 ix Painting of Air/Desert cooler with epoxy paint as per site requirement,(Paint & brush will be supplied by the contractor) up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge.

27 x Supply and replacement of plastic grill.

27 xi Repair of burnt motor of fan.

28. Supply of Semi skilled Casual Labours for providing assistance to NFL staff for execution of jobs as per Annexure-B during running plant/ATA/short shutdown/unforeseen breakdowns.

29. Supply of Skilled Casual Labours for providing assistance to NFL staff for execution of jobs as per Annexure-C during running plant/ATA/short shutdown/unforeseen breakdowns.

30. Supply of un skilled Casual Labours for providing assistance to NFL staff for execution of jobs as per Annexure-A during running plant/ATA/short shutdown/unforeseen breakdowns.

31. Supply of unskilled Casual Labours for upkeeping work in MRSS/CPP /Ammonia /AFCP/ Urea and other sub station / Motor's power and control stations of diffirent plants for safety consideration as per Annexure D

32. Providing assistance as overtime

32.01 Supply of Unskilled Casual Labours for assistance during ATA/short shutdown/unforeseen breakdowns/normal routine work.

32.02 Supply of semiskilled Casual Labours for assistance during ATA/short shutdown/unforeseen breakdowns.

32.03 Supply of skilled Casual Labours for assistance during ATA/short shutdown/unforeseen breakdowns.

Note- 1. Contractor has to make the payment of minimum wages of Central Govt./State Govt., whichever is higher. 2. The payments to the contractor against the above shall however be made upon submission of proof of making payments to the person deployed . 3. As on 1.10.2023 the minimum wage of skilled manpower is Rs.709/- per mandays and of semi skilled manpower is Rs.589/- per mandays & for unskilled manpower is Rs 504/- per manday. 4. Service Charges shall not be quoted as NIL or Zero or below Zero/minus (-) Any such offer shall not be consider and shall be summarily rejected. 5. Liability on account of cost of statutory compliances, besides specified in the estimate cost, shall be borne by the contractor himself/herself and the services charges may be quoted by the party accordingly. 6. Contract will be required to maintain record of leave with wages in Form-15 as per factories act 1948. The settlement, if any, on that account will be reimbursed on actual basis at the payment of Final bill on production of requisite record & receipts. 7. In case two or more tenderers quote the same total value for Part A & Part B together , the tender will be finalized by draw method. The date of draw, as decided by the management, shall be communicated to the concerned tenderers. In the event of absence of tenderers on due date of draw, the management may decide to award the work,as it may deem fit. 8. Evaluation shall be done on the basis of Total value of Part A & B excluding GST.
