Dismantling Brick / stone masonry in cement mortar walls under 3m height for any thickness of wall and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the departmental officers

Clean removal of Cement plaster from walls and clearing away as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling floor finish with cuddapah slabs and dadooing the walls with glazed tiles / mosaic tiles and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the doors and windows including removal of frames, hinges and fastening etc., complete and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. Clearing, leveling the site, shoring, strutting, bailing of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed stone sand in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing RCC fencing post of size 0.15x0.15 at bottom 0.10x0.10M at top 2.40M height with RCC 1:2:4 (One cement two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm stone jelly including cost of necessary earth work excavation, sand filling, Cement concrete 1:5:10, centering cost of steel, fabrication of reinforcement including moulding charges finishing, curing etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:6 (one cement, six sand) using best quality of burnt clay bricks of size 8” ¾”x4 ¼ x 2 ¾” for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ML per 50kg of cement used cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
