SCHEDULE 'A'

BED HARD (FD/E6/MAP/08(R) : M&L for provision and fixing of the following Parts of Bed Hard including dismantling of damage parts and complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Supply and Fixing Top of Plywood of size 1930mmx850mmx12mm thick 7 ply commercial BWR grade type BB (Single piece) fixed with screw as in Bed Hard (Make-Kitply/Greenply/Century/Archid, ISI marked)

Preparation of all exposed steel surface of Bed Hard (old/new) and apply two or more coats of synthetic enamel Black paint with one coat primer required for proper shining to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

CHAIR COMPUTERC(FD/MAP-II/01) : S&F Back frame with Dimensions as shown on drngs. Back shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back frame shall be designed with contour lumber supports for extra conform with PVC lapping all arounds.

S&F Seat frame of size 510x470x60. Seat shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The seat frame shall be designed with contour lumber supports for extra conform with PVC lapping all arounds.

S&F Pedestal assy injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5 mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. It is 600mm pitch centre dia.

S&F Twin Wheel Castor all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Hand Rest shall be with Black intergral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant.

Chair Writing Steel FD/E6/MAP/12 Replace the following parts of Chair writing Steel as shown in drawing and directed,:-

Seat shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine

Back shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine

Hand rest shall be made of black integral skin polyurethene with 75-85 shore 'A' Hardness & Reinforced with MS insrest. It shall be scratch and wheather Resistant Size 210mm (Inner) and 230mm (Outer)

Chair School with hand board (FD/E6/MAP/05):- Removal of following unserviceable /broken components Chair School with hand boad w/o damaging other parts and S&F new components of the following as per drawing ;-

S&F one piece PVC Back and Seat as per drg.

S&F 18mm pre laminated particle board top openable with PVC edging screwed 25mm hole steel pipe inserted in 20mm MS rod welded to frame as per drg.

S&F new Busket below the seat shall be made of 7 Nos, 5mm dia mild steel rod made to shape as shown on drg.

Painting,removal of existing worn-out paint of frames and preparation of surface complete frame of Chair School with hand board and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Black paint by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.

Chair CB Steel with Arm FD-75(M);- Taking out old unserviceable Seat & Back of Chair CB steel with arm and Supply and fixing new seat frame, well seasoned 1st class teak wood free from crack,knot and hole including Godrej pattern canned with oval shape 2mm thick plastic white cane and 4mm flat white cane for border including French polish on prepared surface until required shining shade and colour shall be approved by Engr in Charge and rest all as per drawing :-

S&F PVC Shoe fixed with MS Screw.

S&F new handle of chair CB steel with Arm.

MS Cleat for seat and back and broken frame of chair duly welded over frame made of MS flat iorn (45mm long) 25x6mm and painting with synthetic enemel paint to match with existing surface.

Painting, removal of existing worn-out paint from inside and out side of frames and preparation of surface complete frame for Chair CB Steel with Arm furniture and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.

Rack Shoe Steel FD/E6/MAP/ 02(R);- Painting with two coats of Black Paint after necessary preparation of all exposed steel surface of Rack Shoe Steel all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Teapoy Verandah FD/E6/MAP/17 :- Repairs to the following parts of Teapoy Verandah including Polishing with Two coats of French Polish after necessary preparation of existing surface is match with other parts.

Top made of 18mm thick Pre-laminated Particle Board with PVC edging fixed to M S frame with screw (Self Tapping hardened sheet metal screw)

Stiffner of size 18mm thick M S Square Pipe.

S&F Hard Rubber Shoe

Painting with two coats of White Paint after necessary preparation of all exposed steel surface of Teapoy Verandah all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Table Bed Side FD/E6/MAP/15(R) ; Repairs to the following Parts of Table Bed Side as shown in drawing and directed.

Top made out of size 450mmx450mmx18mm thick Plywood BB(BWR) commercial ISI marked duly fixed with 1mm thick plastic laminated sheet on top. 4mm teak wood beading on edges shall be provided.

Supply & Fixing new Handle

Back ply of size 440mmx390mmx6mm thick commercial plywood shall be fixed at the back of the table bed side.

S & F Hard Rubber Shoe

Painting with two coats of Synthetic enamel Black Paint after necessary preparation of all exposed steel surface of Table Bed Side all as directed.

Trestle store room steel (FD-1043) Painting with two coats of black paint after necessary preparation of all exposed steel surface of trestle store room steel all as directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 28,790.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 22). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
