CERTAIN REPAIR TO ROAD SIDE BERMS, KERB STONE AND PAINTING TO KERB STONE AND ROAD FURNITURE UNDER AGE BR-II OF GE(N)MAMUN

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, benching, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , fillet, gola, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work for smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joint except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), making drainage opening wherever required including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil for laying kerb stone including demolition of old kerb stone, removal beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surface of any type/description and applying Two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) to kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 06 above but one coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on old kerb stone surface, except primer coat.

M&L for 80mm thickness M-40 grade Machine pressed precast concrete factory made paver block confirming to IS-15658-2006 (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable epoxy coating, prelaminated glossy finish) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60mm thickness M-35 grade Machine pressed precast concrete factory made paver block confirming to IS-15658-2006 (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable epoxy coating, prelaminated glossy finish) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262 in lines, arrow, dashes & letters not exceeding 15cm in width applied HOT, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm to withstand vehcular traffic load, laid as per manufacturere's instructions complete all as specified and directed.
