M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 1.50 KM and n.exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 M above the starting points all as specified.

Returning filling in hard/dense soil, incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm, complete.

M&L M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M30 grade concrete (Design Mix -using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses

Use and waste formwork to flat faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally or hoping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickworks or concrete surface finished even and smooth all as specified and as dircted

Supply only water proofing compound (Liquid) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded aggregates as in plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified including joints filling with sealing compound Grade "A" complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders of hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface.
