Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Taking out the old existing ceilling and frames including stacking of material within 50 meters lead

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)incl carriage.

Pebble dash plaster upto 10m height above ground level with a mixture of washed pebble or crushed stone 6mm to 12.5mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) and top layer 10mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.incl carriage.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately):Budloo / Fir wood

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)incl carriage.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Budloo wood

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)incl carriage.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: With bond stone.incl carriage.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto All kinds of soil.
