Manning and operation of following Plants installed at Vayu Vihar & Tech area at Air Force station Jammu including operation and routine maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, gear boxes, electrical components, MBBR, piping, fitters and maintening waste water according to the appropriate norms, mixing of sodium hyprochloride liquid, removal of sludge and keeping the installation neat and clean.

PLANTS INSTALLED AT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT: (i). Sewage Treatment Plant based on principle of non clogging Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) of capacity of sewage treatment for approx 7000 users. (ii). Diesel engine driven Generator Set of capacity 30 KVA for providing Stand by power supply. Make- Kirloskar including carrying out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance check as prescribed in manufacturers manual for smooth running of DG sets. (iii). Three phase induction motor cap 30 HP with twin lobe compressor - 02 Nos. (iv). Three phase induction motor with centrifugal pumpset cap 03 HP -02 Nos. (v). Voltage stabilizer cap 30 KVA - 01 Nos. (vi). Three phase induction motor cap 10 HP for overflow with process pumpset - 02 Nos. (vii) Three phase induction motor with centrifugal pumpset cap 02 HP for sludge pumping upto bed -01 No.

PLANTS INSTALLED AT SEWAGE PUMP HOUSE AT POLO GROUND: (i). Diesel engine driven Generator Set of capacity 30 KVA for providing Stand by power supply. Make- Kirloskar, including carrying out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance check as prescribed in manufacturers manual for smooth running of DG sets. (ii). Centrifugal pumpset coupled with three phase induction motor cap 10 HP -02 Nos.

PLANTS INSTALLED AT SEWAGE PUMP HOUSE AT TECHNICAL AREA GATE: (i). Centrifugal pumpset coupled with three phase induction motor cap 15 HP - 01 Nos. PLANTS INSTALLED AT OLD SEWAGE PUMP HOUSE AT VAYU VIHAR (i). Non clog centrifugal pumpset coupled with three phase induction motor cap 7.5 HP -02 Nos.

Note :- (a) The personnel employed by the Contractor must have technically qualified having Govt approved ITI with minimum two years experience/ A person having seven years experience in the relavent trade/Ex servicemen of the relavent trade (Fitter General Mechanic/Pump Operator/DG Set Operator) and shall have adequate knowledge of operation and maintenence of DG Set/Pump Sets and Electrical Machinery. (b) Persons employed must have Aadhar number and linked bank account. (c) Contractor Shall install & Maintain digital Bio-metric attendance systems at the installation as required to record the attendance of the personnel and authorised admin for Bio matric machine will be the concern JE E/M Incharge of the installation all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Expenditure in this effect shall be included in quoted rate.

(d) It is an express condition of the contract that payment of wages to tradesmans/workers deployed at site of work shall be made through bank account of individuals only. The contractor deposit/ distribute the payment in first week of every month and will confirm to Engineer-in-Charge by submitting the bank transaction document from bank. The salary paid to the trademen /worker shall not be less than minimum wages/fair wages as notified and revised by Govt time to time (generally on/w.e.f. 01 Apr and 01 Oct of every year). (e) Fuel for running of DG sets shall be supplied by the departmrnt as Free-issue, however labour component involved for collection of fuel from AGE E&M yard and transporting to installation sites shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

(f) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include cost of consumable items such as cotton waste and Hessain clothes, T&P required for maintenance, nuts, bolts, washers, grease, oil, battery terminals, stationery for log book sheet, attendance register (in addition to biomatric attendance system), First aid box, operator dress etc. (g). In case of Non deployment of operator on duty, non rectification of defects / cleaning of installation, non maintenance of log sheets and other records in the installation on particular day, it shall be considered that operator are absent on duty and necessary recovery at double cost of rate quoted by contractor shall be deducted by the Engineer-in-Charge from the dues without any notice to the Firm. (h) Contractor shall provided proper uniform to the operator as approved by Engineer-in-Charge . Operator without approved uniform will be treated as absent. (j) No claim whatsoever shall be admissible regarding distance between plants/installation and location of plant/installation to be kept operational under above items. Rate quoted are deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

(k) On acceptance of the agreement, contractor shall produce the copies of educational qualifications and experience certificates of tradesmen being employed in the work to the Engineer-in-Charge and copy of the same shall be forwarded to the GE. (l) The contractor on acceptance will acquire valid entry passes from AF Security Section for entering in restricted area through Engineer-in-Charge. (m) Contractor has to provide adequate standby staff or reliver to the duty persons without any extra cost to the department. Recovery will be made at two times of quoted rate for absent from duty. (n) The firm shall depute following staff in two shifts duties (Each shift of eight Hours) for running the plants installed at above three locations which are within the premises of 350 Mtr. The timings of the shifts shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement: - (i). One skilled operator per shift from 0600 to 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (for two shif). (ii) One helper for one shift from 0900 hour to 1700 hour

(o) The contractor shall adhere to manfacturer's guidelines for maintenance and replacement of spares (consumable and non consumable) for Sewage Treatment Plant and cost of spares (both consumable and non consumable) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of schedule. (p) The Sewage Treatment Plant, Sewage Pump houses and Generator set shall be operated on all working days, Sundays and Holidays or as and when directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

(q) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing, running and maintenance of Sewage Pump houses and DG Set shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of schedule. (r) It shall be considered that if operator/helper are absent on duty, the recovery at double cost of rate quoted by contractor shall be deducted by the Engnr-in-Charge from the dues without any notice to the Firm. (s) Duty roster duly affixed the photographs of the individual on duty will be displayed at duty room. (t) Monthly grass cutting and clearance of bushes in surrounding of STP & Sewage Pump House to be carried without fail and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and it shall be considered that if the installation are not cleaned properly the recovery at double cost of rate quoted by contractor shall be deducted by the Engineer-in-Charge from the dues without any notice to the Firm

Carry out water testing for bacterial, chemical and biological analysis of sewage water treated water from Govt approved lab for following parameters and submission of test reports all as directed: - (a) PH (b) Chemical Oxygen demand/COD (c) Biological Oxygen Demant/BOD (d) Total Suspended solids (e) Oil and Grease (f) TKN (g) Total Coliform (h) Organism MPN (k) Dissolved Oxygen Note: Water testing shall be carried out twice in peroid of contract all as directed without fail else recovery will be made at twice of the quoted rate for non-submission of Test Report.

Supply only PP floating media to top up for bio reactors for maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant:

Cleaning of foot valve of Sewage treatment Plant after taking out PVC/ armoured hose suction pipe of sewage pump from sump well and lowering in existing position for smooth functioning of Sewage Treatment plant including replacement of minor unserviceable parts like gasket etc of foot valve 100 mm dia complete all as directed.

M & L for Lifting/ taking out of sludge /silt accumulated inside of main sewage reservoir sump well of size 12.50 m x 8.30 m x 3.60 m of capacity 7000 users with help of sewage suction pump and transporting & disposal of the same to out side of AF Station Jammu in hygenic manner complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge

M & L for Lifting/taking out of sludge/silt accumulated inside at Sewage Treatment Plant of clarifire chamber 1 and 2, sludge digester and reaction room complete with help of sewage suction pump and transporting & disposal of the same to out side of AF Station Jammu in hygenic manner complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge

M & L for Cleaning of sewage treated clean water sump by means of scraping, discaling with bleaching powder, removing sludge etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement V fan belt size 13x710 A 228 A 740 EL and belt No - C-2240C86 for blower Compressure (evaporator Motor). Make- Fenner/Denlop.

Servicing/maintenance of Twin Lobe Compressor Make Everest of capacity 1250 Cum/hour, pressure 0.6 Kg/cm2, 1410 RPM coupled with electric driven AC induction motor of capacity 30 HP, three phase including carrying out maintenance check along with following repairs: (a) Dismantling of Twin lobe compressor in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts and assembling the same after filling Servo super 90 gear oil up to indicated level. (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly with external heat. (c) Cleaning, washing of bearing and use right quantity of ball bearing grease for bearing. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. (e) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load.

Note (i) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing, maintenance of motor, pump set, compressor etc to be included in the quoted rates and also labour cost in repair shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Any minor / major repairs involved to make the motor, pump functional even if notified by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (iii) Rewinding of stator of motor . (iv) Greasing/oiling etc of parts as required shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Servicing / maintenance of centrifugal pump set of sewage discharge capacity 4.2 Cum/hour, 30 metre head, 1440 RPM coupled with elecctric driven AC induction motor of capacity upto 15 HP, three phase including rewinding of motor carrying out maintenance check along with following repairs: (a) Dismantling of centrifugal pump set in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. (b) Heating, varnishing to startor, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly with external heat. (d) Checking play of impeller and bushing of pump and repair/replacement of bushes, gland, sleeves etc. (e) Assembling of motor with and pump replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. (f) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load.

Note : (i) Bearing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant. However all other items required for for making pump/motor functional shall be inclusive in quated rate.

Supply only cast iron impeller for non clog centrifugal pump suitable for motor upto 15 HP capacity as per existing item to incorporate against relevant item here-in- before.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for motor capacity upto 15 HP as per existing item to incorporate against relevant item here-in- before. MAKE: SKF/NBC/TATA

Supply and fixing in replacement pressure gauage of 0-100 mnwp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of DG set capacity 30 KVA installed at STP and Sewage Pump houses at 23 Wing AF including carrying out maintenance check alongwith following repairs: (a) Drain out the lubricating oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning. (b) Replace engine oil filter catridge with new one. (c) Renew fuel filter catridge with new one. (d) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts. (e) Check adjustment of V belt for driving engine water pump and alternator. (f) Assembling complete old serviceable parts and replacement of old unserviceable parts by new ones as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Testing of DG set after servicing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Cleaning of air cleaner filter and renew after period of hours run as specified by manfacturers manual.

Note:- (i). Any minor parts such as screws, washers, split pins, clips etc shall be supplied by the firm and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The job shall be carried out after two hundred hours run of DG set and shall be measured and paid separately no. of times carried out during the entire period of contract. (iii) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing of engine shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only following provisional items to be incorporated in the work against relevant item here in before for DG set of capacity 30 KVA. Make : Kirloskar.

(a) Oil filter Catridge with 'O' rings / gasket.

(b) Fuel filter Catridge with 'O' rings / gasket..

(c) Air cleaner filter Catridge with 'O' rings / gasket..

Supply and topping up of Engine oil by supplying new oil (20W40) and as approved. Make : Servo/Castrol.

Repair/ servicing to battery charging alternator 12 Volt by replacing worn out required parts to be supplied by the firm and testing as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing / repair to self starter 12 volts by replacing burnt out field coil and other worn out parts such as carbon bush, spring etc as required, assembling with serviceable and new parts including taking out from engine and refixing at its original position after repair suitable for any type of Engine.

Supply and fixing fan belt for any size of the Engine as per existing for DG set any capacity.

Supply and replacement / top up of coolent. Make ; Castrol.

Disconnecting, repairing calibration, testing of fuel injection pump assembly any capacity including replacement of seal spring nozzle 'O' ring and minor worn out nuts, bolts, sockets etc and testing on full load as directed.

Supply and installing as in replacement of 12 volt 160 AH lead acid wet maintenance free battery including initial charging with necessary material connecting with battery lead of DG set at site and setting aside unserviceable material for reuse or carry to store. Make : Exide/ Amaron.

Spray Painting of Pump & Motor any type, capacity upto 15 HP as per colour code (Shade) of MES specification after cleaning the dust particle of existing motor & Pump as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F in replacement Cross linked Plastic pipe(25-32mm dia) as per sample heavy duty for compressor use, one end fixing with compressor and other end to be fixed in collection chember(STP) at bottom with clamp for proper fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces by complete removal of exisitng treatment and appling two coats of cement base paint including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for joints with 3mm thick rubber gasket including provision of bolts, washers, white lead etc for flanged pipes and fittings of size 80mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron flanged butterfly valve suitable for 80mm bore of pipe, including taking out old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron flanged butterfly valve suitable for 50mm bore of pipe, including taking out old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chart/ poster/ diagram / name plate etc made out of perpex sheet 2 mm thick, cut to size and shape with colour background and diagram and letters including fixing arrangement with screws / adhesives as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: The content and size of chart/ poster /diagram / name plate etc shall be as per standard engineering practice given by the Engr in charge during execution of work.

15mm bore, Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm-125gms), fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 4mm dia galvanised steel wire chain link fencing of size 75 x 75 mm mesh including line wires, fixed with any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire including dismantling old unserviceable chain link fencing any type and size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Factory made, Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size as approved by EIC, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement & pigment, in paths, set and jointed with grey cement slurry & pigment laid over and including 50 mm thick fine sand cushioning including watering and well ramming laid over and including 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in, in any type of soil and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to FE 410-O or 310-O, including taking down of old grills/gratings/etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.), embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing to the distance exceeding 50 metres but not exceeding 100 mitres where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span, bed blocks, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating including provision of necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

Outsourcing of 02 Nos operator for E/M Services (grass cutting) of Runway/Taxi track to Operating 02 NosTractors with Jungle Jim. Tractor will be run in 01 shift (of 04 hours) per day. 02 operator for one shift of 04 hours (ie 0700hrs to 1100hrs) excluding Sundays and Holiday for operation of equipments and when necessary all as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge. Any minor parts like nuts, bolts, washer, grease etc sundry items like cotton waste to up keep maintenance for by the firm with out any extra cost to the department. Detail of qualification of operator are as under:-

(a) The personnel deployed by the contractor must be proper trade i.e operator duly License from recognized RTO office and having minimum 5 years experience. (b) The personnal deployed by the contractor must have Aadhar number and bank account. The comractor will pay salary as per minimum wages fixed by government into the bank account of personnel deployed. The contractor will install Bio-metric attendance system at Air Force station to record the attendence of the personnel. (c) Any damage to the department assets handed over for operation due to negligence of firm shall be made for by the firm without any extra cost to the department.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
