Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Demolition and breaking up 300 mm internal dia of drain pipes (SGSW) set in cement mortar and laid in trenches incl all fittings & accessories

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) each n. exc 0.5 Cum in soft/loose soil, getting out,removing soil to a distance n. exc 50M , complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6. incl demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins, arches, etc but exceeding ashlar facing dressed stone Work etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Srl No 4 above but except bricks.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate)75 mm thick surface finished even and fair all specified to receive top layer. incl demolition of cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment of any pattern as including 25mm thick sand cushion in rammared and leveled approved by GE and as per manufacture Instruction complete all as specified..(Shape and size will be approved by GE)

Factory made prepolished precast concrete designer tiles, ISI marked with grey cement & pigment, 25mm thick of outdoor size 300mm x 300mm , in floors , set and jointed with grey cement slurry, over & incl 20 mnm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed incl dismantling of old tiles complete, all as specified.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete in kerb stone M-15, 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone agg with solid blocks of size 300x300x100 mm and setting with cement mortar (1:3) and pigments, complete as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including excavation ,RFR and removal all as specified.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified.

M&L, preparation of new surface, priming with red oxide / zinc chromate and two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) painting to steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

Supply only Chain link fencing including wires, mesh of size 50x50mm, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS, type standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc.as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining & resecuring existing barbed wire of any type incl making good staples etc any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified

S&F 300mm dia reinforced concrete pipe class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars with cement mortor (1:1) all as specifed and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate in bed to drain pipes of 450 mm bore including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested.
