Development of Multi Sports Training Ground for Scheduled Tribe Youth at Reckong Peo in District Kinnaur (HP) (SH- Grassification of the ground including sprinkler system

Complete Grassification of Stadium Ground with Zoysia Turf: Providing and laying Zoysia grass turf of approved variety (Zoysia ) in the stadium ground, strictly adhering to the following technical stages: (A)Sub-Grade Preparation: Clearing of all stones, debris, and existing vegetation; dressing and fine grading the sub-grade to achieve a precise 1% to 2% outward slope from the center to the perimeter for effective surface drainage. (B) Root-Zone Layer: Spreading a 50mm to 75mm thick layer of approved, salt-free, screened river sand and soil in the required proportion; dressing, leveling, and light compaction with a water-filled roller to provide a firm yet porous growth medium, Weedicide spraying shall be carried out prior to seeding. (C) Turf Installation: Providing and laying approved Zoysia grass mats of uniform thickness (minimum 25mm soil/root base), free from weeds, pests, and yellowing; laid in a staggered brick (running bond) pattern to prevent continuous seams; followed by cross-rolling with a 0.5-ton lawn roller to ensure 100% soil-to-root contact. (D) Nutrition & Chemicals: Initial application of NPK fertilizers (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium) including DAP (Diammonium phosphate) and vermicompost as per soil test results and pre-emergent herbicides to prevent weed infestation during the 45-day establishment window. (E) 12-Month Comprehensive Maintenance: Full maintenance for one year post-installation including: (i) Regular watering to maintain optimum moisture; (ii) Systematic mowing when height reaches 30mm (never removing >1/3 height); (iii) Winter Overseeding with Ryegrass or compatible cool-season grass to maintain green cover including winter grass tri mix Perennial rye grass+Kentucky bluegrass+tall fescue ;(iv) Quarterly doses of NPK fertilizers and application of weedicides as and when required; (v)Immediate replacement of dead/thinning patches to maintain 100% uniform coverage. All work inclusive of labour, machinery (T&P), carriage, royalties, taxes, and final handover in "match-ready" condition as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Designing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning of pop-up irrigation system of German make and drip irrigation system with pop-up sprinklers (130 Nos) having a uniform application precipitation (UAP) range of 8.0 (Eight) to 14.0 (Fourteen) Metres radius at full operating pressure, complete in all respects. The system shall include swing joints 3/4 inch(130 Nos), 50 mm (Fifty millimeter) (3/4 inch) service saddle (130 Nos), 50 mm (Fifty millimeter) flush valve (15 Nos), 2-inch disc filter(1 No) , 63 mm dia (Sixty three millimeter diameter) control valve (13Nos), 6-inch valve box(13 Nos), 50 mm dia (Fifty millimeter diameter) PVC pipe 6kgs (156 Nos) of required length, 63 mm dia (Sixty three millimeter diameter) PVC pipe 6Kgs (18 Nos) of required length, PVC elbows, tees, reducers, and all other necessary fittings and accessories required for proper and efficient functioning of the system as per site along with proper drainage system for excess water which is critical to prevent waterlogging.The work shall also include all labour, materials including any additional fittings required for efficient functioning of the irrigation system, tools and plants, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, and all applicable taxes, duties, levies, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The system shall be maintained by the contractor for a maintenance period of one (01) year from the date of completion of the work.
