Note :-The quoted rates shall deemed to be included for the following : (a) As the above work is required to be carried out for rectifying day to day E/M nature compliants, the following term and conditions shall be applied (b) Hence the contractor shall have to employee adequote manpower not less than 2 elects & 2 helpers to attend and rectify all the complaints/defects received in a day on same day. (c) A creadit rep of contractor shall report daily at service centre to concern JE E/M or Engr -in- Charge and receive job card/complaint slip for repair/replace the items on same day failing which the panalty shall be imposed and recovered as under :- (i) Non reporting of trademen : 300/- per elect /day Helper 200/- per helper per day (ii) Non attending the complaints to with in 24 hrs 30/- per complaints per day shall be recovered. (b) The contractor shall depute adequate trademan/ helper to repair/ replacement of u/s parts and attending the day to day complaints received from user on daily basis but not less than 2 Electrician and 2 helper per day.

Attending the complaints of non functional of ceilling/exhaust fan/Wall fan of any sweep and testing and repairing the ceilling/exhaust fan/Wall fan without taking down by replacing of fan condencer, fan regulator and connection wire etc. and making fan serviceable all as directed. (NOTE- Item such as fan condenser, fan regulator, 1.5 sqmm, 3 core copper flexible cable shall be measured and paid seperataly as 'Supply Only')

Supply only following items:-

(a) Fan condencer, 2.5 Mfd, 240 volts for ceiling/Exhaust fan including PVC clamp Make: Epcos, Bajaj, Havells, CG.

(b) Fan condencer, 4 Mfd, 240 volts for ceiling/Exhaust fan including PVC clamp

(c) Fan regulator electronic Modular step type, 120 watts, 1 module/2 module

(d) Fan regulator electronic switch type / socket type 120 watts,

(e) Supply only for rubber reel insulator, 3 Nos nut bolt , washer and lock pin complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Ceiling fan blade

(g) Exhaust fan blade any size any type

(h) Ceiling fan fastner for fixing fan

(j) Ceiling fan downrod suitable size with GI Hook as per requirement of site of any size

Taking down ceiling fan / Exhaust fan of any sweep sealing cable end dismanting blade and removing fan and blade to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Ceiling fan and connecting up including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan/Wall Mounting/Air circulater and connecting up including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for making of bearing cover housing as per fan shaft diameter of any type and size of ceiling fan and fixing at ball bearing in place of bush of required size by means of lathe machine (ball bearing shall be measured & paid separately)

Taking down storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 25/50 ltrs of any type and make, in MES store Yard complete all as specified.

Refixing storage type water heater, checking the serviceablity of all parts such as inner vesser, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly completet (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Supply only for parts against unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relavent items given below)
