SCHEDULE A PART V B ( AREA DRAINAGE)

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of MS sliding type gate valve manual gear operated with hand wheel for opening size 1200X1200 mm with frame consisting of MS Channel 65X125 mm with hold fast, sealing frame, stiffeners, horizontal and vertical girders, guide, stainless steel flat/ Brass flat, rivets, wedges, gear assembly, lifting rod of SS 410 grade etc, with all accessories as per drawing attached as Annex-I including MS Channel frame & MS gate of 14 mm thickness complete set for Drain work including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, seal fixing, tools and tackles etc and applying two coat of zinc rich epoxy primer to give dry film thickness of 65 microns and finish coat (two coats) of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint using airless spray to provide dry film thickness of 145 microns per coat, complete as per specifications and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE A PART VI ( EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY)

SITC of submersible pumpset cast iron body, SS shaft rating 450 cum/empar 370mm dia, 10m head amarex KRTE 200-401, n=960 rpm Motor 18kW 415V, 3 phase,50Hz AC supply, including 20RM, 8 core cable, complete as required. Note: Cable starter panel to motor with motor including controlcable and float for dry condition and auto on and stop.

M & L for providing lowering in trenches, laying and jointing ductile iron pipe (K-9), socket and spigot end, as per specifications (IS-8329) with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating for portable water supply with rubber ring joints, including cost of rubber rings as per IS:5382 (1985), giving satisfactory hydraulic field testing and commissioning as per Technical specification etc complete of 300mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting to existing CI/DI/GI pipe line in position upto 300/ 200/150mm dia for insertion of and including new GI /CI/DI Tee, branches, collar, including jointing material etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of cast iron body sluice valve flanged ends, drilled, having stainless steel spindle (ISI marked) suitable for 300 mm bore pipe line, class PN 1.60 with non magnetic , conforming to IS-14846 to 2000 with and including all accessories such as nut-bolts, washers & fibre / rubber gasket as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 950 X 950 X 950 mm (outer dimensions) with excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, brick work of fly ash old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in foundation concrete, bed/floors, coping and 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces, external plaster shall be upto 15 cm below GL and mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement with and including 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm mild steel angle iron frame, 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover with appropriate size lifting handles and locking arrangement and 01 No. 50 mm size 4 levers lock with keys in duplicate make Navtal including painting steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, shown on drawings and as directed.

SCHEDULE A PART VII B (External Electric Supply)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV RMU, rated voltage 12 KV, 630 A, 21 KA/3 sec, outdoor type, non extensible, Inter ARC 21 KA for tank, floor mounted with internal copper bush bar, SF6 insulated ocmpletely motorised, 3 way RMU consisting of 01 No VCB as incommer and two No load break switch as outgoing with SCADA compatable overload and earth fault protection Relay (Ashidha/ CSPDR) with air insulated Metering module (MFM for VCB Feeders). All live parts, bush bars, LBSs conections of RMU shall be enclosed in one SF6 tank to avoid multiple interconnections. SF6 Tank shall be sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non fenile sainless steel Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filed with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. No Fault unit shall have front cable (Suitable for termination of 1R X30CX95.120/150 Sqmm Cable) for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations. mechancial indications for Load break swithc ON/ OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Bushings bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar. Also, the outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switchgear, to ensure IP3X+IP54 protection for cable boxes. The unit shall be internal arc proof 21 KA for 1 sec with AFLR classification teted and totally safe for human beings. The gas releae & personel safety from internal arc shall not depend on plinth design. The release of the gas to be from the top of the unit, so tha,t even if the person is operating the unit, opening the cover, & there are personnels near the sides of the RMU/ plinth, top release will ensure their safety. The hot gas release, in case of internal arc, if no case should be from any side or bottom of the unit. Bidder shall provide type test report to prove compliance to the Internal Arc fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC 62271-200, Internal arc testing shall be done with enclosure door in open condition, with switching devices in operation mode as per specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through outdor termination heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured AI conductor cable of size 185Sqmm.

"Material and labour for shifting, installation, testing and commssioning of existing transformer of capacity 63 KVA step down outdoor type copper wounded 11/0.433 KV from MES yard Meerut to proposed pump house complete all as specified and directed at site. Note 1: Rate included for PCC platform as per manufacturer recommendations. 2. Rate quoted against this items shall be deemed to include required manpower, tools and plants and vehicle for satisfactory completion of the job.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of standalone PLC system in control Panel RTU/PLC have 2410's & capability to store date 24V/48V/110V DC operation, RTU/ PLC should be Modbus, Modbus TCPIP, DNP-3 protocol complaint with 2 TCPIP port

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Ultra sonic transmitter for measuring of water level. Make: E&H/P&F/MAX.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART VIII : DG SET

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire engine as per IS 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete CPCB norms with outdoor AMF panel with necessary foundation as per manufacturer recommendations. AVM pads control panel with necessary meters and sound proof canopy of capacity upto 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed for the following specifications :- (A) DIESEL ENGINE :- water cooled, 4 x cylinder (83 BHP) @ 1500 RPM , Engine shall be cooled by rail mounted, engine driver radiator of adequate capacity, with blower fan , fan guard, self regulated electronic governor and fan belts etc. The diesel engine shall be vertical, to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, BS-5514, standard with overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 hours of operation. Diesel Engine shall be comply with latest CPCB Norms. (B) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator 62.5 KVA, suitable to deliver rated output at 1500 RPM, 415 Volt, 0.8 PF (LOG), 50HZ, 3 PH, in SPDP enclosure, self-excited, and self regulated electronic governer. The alternator shall conforms to IS-13364 and shall be suitable for tropical condition. Full load efficiency of the alternator offered should be above 90%, insulation and temperature rise also limited to class-H. Enclosure shall confrim to IP-23. Totally enclosed, steel construction control panel comprising of follwings :- (i) Main on/ off MCCB 3 phase 4 pole 415 Volt, 50Hz 100 Amp taring-01 Nos. (ii) Phase indicating lamps set of three-01 Nos. (iii) Instrument fuse-01 Set. (iv) Digital Display /indication of engine and alternator parameters as mentioned below :- (a) Lube Oil Pressure (b) Battery Voltage. (c) Engine RPM. (d) Fuel Level in the Tank. (e) Engine Running Hours Indication. (f) AC Current and Voltage. (g) AC Frequency (h) AC Power Metering. (j) Suitable CTS for displaying the electrical Parameters.
