Supply and fixing of 600 mm dia wind driven Roof Ventilator with high grade alluminium alloy Industrial type of thickness not less than 0.5mm with Stainless steel -304 bearing and necessary fitting and fixtures all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down steel door shutter exc 2 Sqm but not exc 5 Sqm and refixed the door in same opening with necessary floor support assembly heavy duty pintel to the door 01 No in each Shutter including demolition of foundation and recast the same of size 400x400x400mm of PCC 1:2:4 and repair to pintel hinges 02 No in each shutter and aldrop bolt and necessary minor repair ie oiling, easing to door all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Item No.48.00 1. The door shutter shall operate freely after repair and refixing door shutter. 2. The door shutter shall be taken down and refixing shall be done with necessary machanical equiptment 3. Fixing of sheet and replacement of any rusted/damage steel angle/tee/flat shall be measured & paid under relavent items separately.

Material and Labour for 150 mm width Gangway yellow line with epoxy material as per item No.50.00 (d) marking in Factory floors and fixing of masking tapes on both sides of the line and cleaning the surface using solvents, and removing the masking tape after marking of neat finish complete all as directed.

50.00 Condt... (a) Preparation of the dry concrete surface by using proper scarification equipment to remove all loose material, contaminations and laitance to provide a sound, gripping surface, clean the entire floor area to a dry state inspecting the surface of cracks if any have to be sealed with epoxy repairing mortar by cutting 'V' groove and to correct the floor undulation, installation of 3mm thick epoxy self level mortar screed to be provided. (b) Supply and application of moisture insensitive solvent free epoxy bonding primer over the prepared surface (Floor/Coving) in a thin continues film and spread the primer into the surface using a shift bush or roller. Applying the second priming coat on identified light coloured dry patches over first coat to achive uniform thickness of 200 micron of priming coat in complete areas. The approximate coverage rate shall be 5.5-6.5 sqm/litre as per manufacture's instruction shall be followed . Installation of the coving with powder coated auluminum extruded section of minimum 1mm thick and radius 60mm all around placing of earthing/ground tapes of copper strip of size 25 x 0.5 mm and grid size 2.0m x 2.0m.shall be provided.

50.00 Condt... (c) Supply and application of base layer pigmented of self smoothing self levelling epoxy underlay spread evenly to maintain 3.0 mm thickness using a serrated trowel and with spike roller, rolled over the levelled underlay to remove any entrapped air all as per manufacturer instructions. Apply epoxy based putty to fill the substrata of below holes/voids and surface levelling by using approximate products to be provided. Supply and lay in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossings/ paths/drains/ducts/ floors/along poles/ equipments etc., of LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts earthed grade confirming to IS-7098 (Part-2) 2011 of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm x 4 core including connecting up using suitable size aluminium lugs testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and installation of GI pipe bracket made out of light grade GI tubing of 32mm bore, 1.20metre length bent to shape by hot forgoing after filling of sand and fixed on pole (or) wall with 2 Pairs of MS clamps made out 50 x 6mm Flat Iron of required shape including bolts, nuts and washers suitable for steel tubular pole and painting of mild steel flate iron surface with two coates of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including taking down unserviceable one all as specified and etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 60 watts LED security light fittings aesthetically designed roadway luminaire with excellent thermal management complete IP 66 including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of sustainable size from ceiling rose and all as specifiedand as directed dismatling unserviceable one cat part No ENXT P 54L WH PO PC SD 45WATT Bajaj or techno-commercially equivalent of other makes specified in PS all as directed by GE.
