The Tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnoverof V/N or 'V', whichever is less; where: V = Advertised value of thetender in crores of rupees N = Number of years prescribed forcompletion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annualcontractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of totalcontractual payments in the previous three financial years, as per theaudited balance sheet. However, in case the balance sheet of theprevious year is yet to be prepared/audited, the audited balance sheet ofthe fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating averageannual contractual turnover. The Tenderer shall submit requisiteinformation as per Annexure-VIB attached with this tender document,along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by theChartered Accountant / Certificate from Chartered Accountant dulysupported by Audited Balance Sheet.
For OEM or OEM authorized dealer or RDSO Approved sources and exception shall be extended to PU's approved sources for tendered work:- No specific minimum eligibility criteria are required.
Similar nature of work- As per HQ NFR letter No. EL/W/29/Loco/Similar works/1815, dated- 07.09.2026 definition of Similar Nature of Work is as underAny agency, which is an OEM of main compressors for Electric or Diesel Locomotive as per CLW/DLW/PLW/RDSO approved sources Or Any agency, which has successfully carried out Repair/Rehabilitation/Overhauling/AMC of Main compressors of Electric or Diesel Locomotives.

In case of any wrong information submitted by tenderer, the contract shall be terminated, Earnest Money Deposit(EMD),Performance Guarantee (PG)and Security Deposit(SD)of contract forfeited and agency barred for doing business on entire Indian Railways for 5 (Five) years.
