The Starter shall have all three modes of operation like Auto, Manual and Bypass and the starter shall have protections like single phase preventer, phase imbalance, reverse protection, overload etc. The starter is to be provided with Under/Over Voltage Protection relay/system with Adjustable Over and Under voltage trip level along with wiring as per site requirement.
