Exhaust Pipe Supporting Structure : Supply , fabrication and erection of steel structure and paitnting with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of approved enamel paint. The structural calculations shall be submitted and to be approved by a charted engineer. The approval from chartered engineer is part of the scope of works and the details of the chartered engineer shall be attached in the bid.

Fuel System : Supply, receive at site, store, un-pack, assemble and connect fuel pipe with M.S medium class pipe with flange and gas welded joints and pipe fittngs like valves and accessories. These pipes are for connection between 990 ltrs. Fuel tank and engine.

The rates quoted shall be for laying in existing trays, cable trenches (indoor and out door), pipes etc.. 300 mm width x 1000 mm depth ,Cable trench excavation back filling after laying of cable, compaction, Removal of debries from the site and disposal insdie the campus. Only Manual excavation permitted. Cable should be covered with 100 mm , sand cover around the cable. Total sand cover 100 + 100 mm - 200 MM . After laying the sand , the cable shall be coavered with layer of bricks completely . Rate shall include cost of excavation , back filling after cable laying , removal of excess soil , compaction , providing sand cover above the cable and laying of bricks above the sand layer.

The chamber size shall be 450 x 450 mm with CI cover ( heavy duty ) plate. The rate shall include the earth strips.
