Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

a) 2 way single door (for DP Isolator for Building & Watch Tower)

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq mm directr in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench etc as rquired, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply and laying 8 SWG copper wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including solding etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following DP/TP&N sheet metal switch disconnector fuse unit in the existing metal board with rewireable type fuses, including drilling holes in metal board . making connections. etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following capacity 2 pole/ 4 pole ON/OFF-load changeover switches with side handle operation, in sheet enclosure in existing metal board including drilling holes in metal board, making connection, earthing the body etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following capacity busbar chamber with 4 strips of length 300 mm made of copper suitalbe for following capacity complete with all accessories including connections, earthing the body etc as required.

Fabrication, installation with 16 SWG MS sheet with one coat steel primer and two coat spray painting with approved shade making PCC plinth and foundation including fitting and fixign connection, transportation upto work site labour charge etc all complete as reqd.
