SCHEDULE 'A' PART -II (E/M PORTION) :- Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket out let on TW battens / PVC pipes including sockets, switches, shades, ceiling roses , regulators, light fittings , Ceiling Fans etc and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls / floors ceiling etc and refixing the serviceable items after completetion of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Ceiling Fan, of any Sweep and Make after disconnecting Electric Connection, dismantling of Blades, Down Rod and removing Ceiling Fan to store in safe custody complete all as specified and as directed.

Hanging Only ceiling fan as dismantled under Ser item No. 74 above and connecting up including Painting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust and . provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down Tube light fittings any type size and make after disconnecting Electric Connection, keeping in safe custody and refixing the same and connecting including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fitting complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings on brick wall / stone, concrete block where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sun shades, shelves, lintels, etc., and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc.and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth including painting /colour washing /distempering as per existing specifications of the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Point wiring complete as specified with 1100 volt grade 1.5 sqmm. (nominal area) single core FRLS Grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including rigid non-metallic concealed PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20 mm dia, with all fittings including terminal boxes made out of modular type GI sheet metal switch boxes fixed on wall/ceiling/floor including decorative modular cover plates (inner and outer) suitable for housing modular pattern switches/ sockets/ regulators etc. duly earthed with same size cable as for line conductors as used in the wiring above but green in colour as continuous earthing wire complete all as specified and as directed.
