SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDGS OF CERTAIN PUMP HOUSE, POWER HOUSE AND OTHER MISC WORKS OF HQ WAC AT SUBROTO PARK

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade/dark shade /double charge/ ultracharged 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Non-Skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles over 15mm screed bed exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L for Linoleum, plain coloured, laid dry in floors including stretching, cutting and fitting, approved adhesive for sealed down, Cutting and waste and work in all position and in narrow Widths also Complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified coloured tiles (600x600)x9/10mm thick in skirting etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) of 25 mm thick as in levelling course ,finished surfaces even and rough to receive floor finish complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles/paver block laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
