Complete overhauling of Simpson S-4 engine of DRR by way of dismantling of engine, cleaning of parts & repair of head and block of engine by way of extraction of old sleeves and fitting of new one, cleaning of water jacket and other allied works, machining of head ,fitting of valve seats etc. Repair to crankshaft , its grinding including polishing to required size. Replacement of worn out parts of engine by way of providing and fitting of cylinder liner 4 nos., Piston assembly completes 4 set , valve inlet 4 nos., valve exhaust 8 nos., guide valve inlet and exhaust 8 nos., Bush connecting rod small end 4 nos., major gasket 1 kit, seal crankshaft rear end 1 no, main bearing u/size 1 set , bearing connecting rod big end u/size 8 nos., seal timing 1 no., C.R bolts 8 nos., thrust washer 1 no overflow pipe 1 no injector pipe 4 nos., filling of m. oil (to be provided by the department ). Repairing to rear rolls of DRR by way of dismantling of rear wheels and extraction of worn out parts providing and fitting of bush for rear roll without flanges 5 P8B – 2 nos. ,thrust spacer washer 5P5-4nos.,bush for rear roll without flanges 5P8B, rear axle lock coupling LH&RH 5P3 – 1 no, driving ring 5P 11 – 2 nos., nut and bolt for driving ring 5P12 – 40 nos. Complete job including assembling of unit, testing , cost of labour & allied material.

Repairing of front rolls of DRR by way of dismantling of wheels extraction of old and damaged bushes. Providing and fitting of Dust excluder 3P7 – 1 no, Bush for front roll with flange 3 P23A- 2 nos. Complete job including assembling of unit , testing , cost of labour & allied material.

Repairing of clutch control unit of DRR by way of dismantling of clutch system extraction of old and damaged parts, segregation of parts and cleaning .Providing and fitting of clutch spring assembly 79 P11 to 7918-1 no, clutch operating fork 7 P 22-1 no, eye bolt 10 P32-3 nos., bearing 10 P4 1 no. Main bearing housing 10 P8 1 no , reverse clutch slide 10 P30 1 no , forward clutch plate 10 P34 – 1 no, slide clutch operating 10 P48 -1 no , clutch shaft 10 P55 -1 no, split pins -12 nos., clutch shaft 10P44-1 no, spiral bevel pinion reverse 10 P58- 1 no , spiral bevel pinion forward 10 P61 – 1 no. Repair to gear box of machine by way of providing and fitting of shim set 9 P10 – 1 no, 1st intershaft and pinion integrated 9 P7-1 no, pinion 9 P 19 -1 no, 3rd intershaft 9P36-1 no, 2nd intershaft 9P48-1 no., differential centre 9P55-1 no.LH bearing housing 9P60-1no.Complete job including assembling of unit, testing ,cost of labour & allied material .

Repair to steering system of machine by way of providing and fitting of universal coupling 4P6 -1 no, steering segment 4 P24-1 no, pinion and shaft 4P26 – 1 no, worm wheel 4 P30-1 no, steering worm case with cover 4P32 and 4P34-1 no. Complete job including assembling of unit testing, cost of labour & allied material.

Calibration of fuel injection pump by way of dismantling of pump providing and fitting of element set, delivery valve tappet roller, tappet pin and nozzles. Complete job including assembling of unit, testing, cost of labour & allied material .

Repair to radiator by way of dismantling of radiator replacement of damaged tubes of core. Replacement of radiator cap, rubber pads , hose pipes, bolts with nuts. The job also includes washing of fuel tank with solvent and soldering to the leakage of fuel tank, p/f of inner gasket. Complete job including assembling of unit, testing, cost of labour & allied material.

Repair of driver seat by way of providing and fitting of MS Sheet, RS angles cushioning with seats cover, nuts and bolts welding etc.

Repair to machine by way of providing and fitting of allied parts like fan belt 1no, air cleaner assembly 01 no, banjo bolt 4 nos., oil pressure meter 1 no., thrust washer 1 set , temp meter – 1 no, ampere meter 1 no., oil pipe / fuel pipe 4 nos. Chassis nut and bolts 18 nos. Complete job including assembling of unit, testing, cost of labour & allied material.

Denting & Painting of DRR by way of Dent filling after scrapping of old paint, applying putty on damaged body. The job includes applying of primer coat & painting to the DRR and letter writing on DRR.

Repairs to self starter, dynamo and wiring of road roller by way of dismantling of self starter, dynamo and worn out wiring of DRR. Providing and fitting of self armature, self carbon bushes, clutch disks, contact point and defective rods. P&F of dynamo armature, bearing, carbon bushes. Replacement of worn out wiring , battery leads etc. Complete job including assembling, testing, cost of labour & allied material

Repair of brake assembly unit by way of p/f of new spares which includes brake lining set with rivets LH&RH - 11 P21 -1 no. brakes strap with lug 11P20-1 No. Complete job including assembling of unit, testing , cost & allied material.

Providing and filling of M-oil-18 ltrs, Gear oil-35 ltrs, Grease-10 kg, M-oil filter – 1 No., Diesel filter – 1 set and HSD for cleaning/testing of DRR – 40 ltrs. Job includes cost of material and labour charges.
