M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt including removing material to low lying area from MoD land etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 kg/10 Sqm surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense bituminous concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) 5.5% binder content and filler by weight of total mix as per design mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanically spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete , by using mechanically power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified. NOTE: (i) The mix design shall be goy done from approved lab and got approved from GE before vommencement of work. (ii) In the even of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted as per actual rate of procurement or market rate, which is more of Grade VG-30 bitumen. However no adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this ite. (iii) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and qualities of materials as mentioned in particular specification /SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provsion of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/ specified in the item, if shape all as directed by the GE. (iv) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing stone and fine aggregate and binder (nitumen) and semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the GE. (iv) Contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects.

M&L for Road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc of 2.5 mm thick (reflective type) on new road/ pavement and the like surfaces, not less than 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @ 5 Kg/sqm of white or golden yellow by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heaters driven by skilled operator on road surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar Cat Eyes of aluminium alloy body solid (100 % water proffing design according to IP65) of size 125 x 125 x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed recharblae battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of existing MS road sign board of size 3'.3" x 5' complete all as specified and directed.

Pipe fixed in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) upto depth 0.45m inlcuidng necessary excavation and PCC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of 100cm diameter outdoor road safety convex mirror of imported outdoor Polycorbonate with 130 Degree + actual viewing angle equipped with adjusting swivel and mounting bracjet for infinite adjustment complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv road furniture ie cat eye/reflector delinator complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 1400.00
