Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT under ground cable1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or armoured and sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty electric cable including cable glands, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches/ floors/ ducts of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Earth work and excavation shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for poles, laying of cables etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exceeding 50metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment

Material and labour for sub class 'B', old size bricks for cable protection cover, common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exc.10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, supply, fabrication, testin and commissioning of feeder pillar cubical type weather proof outdoor type both side opening, made out of CRCA 3.15 mm thick factory made having canopy which is dust vermin proof with angle iron 50x50x6 mm, floor mounting type with IP 55 protection with aluminium bus bar with necessary insulator suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply all as per CPRI approved and internal wiring including necessary grouting the legs in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), legs 60cm in ground in PCC and 60cm above ground and includes provision of suitable size of cable glands, cable lugs, nut, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed. The scope of work includes the following:- (a) Aluminium bus bar capacity 3 phase 4 wire insulated 100 Amps 25 KA grade, 50 c/c with proper colour coding phase wise -02 No (b) MCCB 4 pole 40 Amps 25 KA- 01 No (I/C) (c) MCB 4 pole 40 Amps 10 KA- 02 Nos.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, filling charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I . (Note: GI earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Supply and fix for flame proof exhaust fan single phase 18" size sweep, 0.33 hp motor, 1440 rpm, 4000 cfm including cutting of existing wall as per diameter of fan complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sudhir/ Bajaj/ Crompton Greaves as approved by GE.

Material and labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked drawn through and including concealed steel enamelled conduit of ISI marked including all accessories etc, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly for one fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16 Amps double pole 250 volts complete all as specified and as directed.
