Taking down carefully ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall / pedestal fan of any make and any sweep and dismentaling of blades canopy down rod etc & remove to store for repair. & Refix the same including provision of 3 core 0.5 sq mm copper flexiable cable from ceiling rose to connector. Note (i) The representative (01 Supervisor, 2 Electrician & 2 Helper) of the contrcator shall report to Engineer-in-charge/JE on daily basis to carry out repairs to fan and the defects should be rectified on the same day (ii) Spares such as Bearing, Capacitor, Capacitor Clamp, Rubber insulator will be measured seperately under respective item of this schedule as fixing only. (iii) Rewinding required will be measured and Paid Seperately.

M&L for Opening of body cleaning of slots, Rewinding of fan by super ennameled copper insulated wire as per existing gauge, varnishing, heating assembling and testing complete, including overhauling all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Spares such as Bearing, Capacitor, bush, Shaft, Capacitor Clamp, Rubber insulator will be measured seperately under respective item of this schedule as fixing only
