Cleaning & Maintaining of Auditorium Hall it's Banquit Hall, Conference Hall, Various Gallaries, Cafetarea and other part etc. including outer campus which will include following:- (a) Daily cleaning of Auditorium Hall, Gallaries, Banquit Hall, Conference Hall, all rooms, stairs and other inner areas with electric wiper, electric suction swiper and other automatic cleaning devices along with manual labour and Cleaning of Water Tanks as per directions of Engineer Incharge. (b) Dry cleaning and maintenanceof Auditorium Hall, Banquit Hall & Confrence room chairs & fabric carpet and other accessories with automatic dry cleaner once in a week and after every function/programme event. (c) Daily Cleaning and maintenence of Aluminium window/ventilator/doors, glass doors, stair SS railing, wooden joinery work, stage assembly, audio visual aids, LCD, camera etc. (d) Daily Cleaning & maintaining lawn, plantor, hedge and other gardening features and to maintain watering of plant through tanker whenever supply of tubewell fails (e) Daily Cleaning & maintaining outer area of auditorium building including cleaning of railings, gates, finishing work & tiles etc. (f) Daily cleaning and maintenance of all toilets with phenol, detergents etc with provision of nepthaline balls etc. (g) Maintenace of tubewell including motor and starter accessaries (6 x 275 x 30) All above mentioned cleaning and maintenence work should be upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer incharge. Their should minimum 04 sweepers and 2 gardners should work per day from 7.00 Am to 6.00 Pm. Contrator have to apoint one care taker for the above work.

P & F wall mounted tap body of make JaquarALD-441 with 25 mm dia G.I. and concealed iron brackets or screws etc. complete in all respect and as directed by engineer in charge. Work should be done similar as done at Wonder Land, Ramniwas Garden, Jaipur.

Providing and Fixing chair handles in the hall of Auditorium as required with complete respect as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing toughned glass door lock including all fittings as directed by Engineer Incharge.
