S&F in repairs of Runway/links Mandatory and Infromative LED illuminated signage boards front legend facia made out of 4.00 mm thick UV stabilized polycarbonate/ Acrylic sheet with UV printed letters and symbols on facia as per specifications and requirement of Airforce authorities. Colour of background and lettering (size and spacing) shall be as per ICAO Annex-14 volume 1 and Aerodome Design Manual Part 9157 Part 6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Quoted rates will include 1. One sample signage board of size 1.92 sqmtr for approval of GE and Airforce authorities before placing order for full Quantity. 2. Replacing of old rubber beading/gasket for fixing in existing Aluminium frame. 3. Change of unserviceable/broken aluminium cleats, hinges, steel screws etc

S&F in repairs of Runway/links Mandatory and Infromative signage boards back cover made out of 2.00 mm thick painted aluminium sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair aluminium extrusion framed work as in runway/links mandatory and informative signage boards including joining cleats, aluminium snap beading, rubber gasket, U channel etc including necessary fixture complete all as specified & directed. Make : Jindal, Hindalco or Equivalent

S& F in repair of Runway/Links mandatory and informative signage boards front legend facia made out of 4mm thick UV stabilized polycarbonate/ Acrylic sheet with letter and symbols made by computerized cutting of commercial grade retro reflective sheeting pasted with pressure sensitive adhesive provides clear visual information in low light and poor weather as per specifications and requirement of Airforce authorities. Colour of background and lettering (size and spacing) shall be as per ICAO Annex-14 volume 1 and Aerodome Design Manual Part 9157 Part 6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Rates are included for supplying new rubber gasket to fix above panel in existing aluminium frame.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position n. exc 15 cm thick below or above G.L including removing and disposal complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, plinth for DTGM/signage boards etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of brick/stone masonry drains around runway/links of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including removal of earth/silt deposited in drains or debris recieved from demolition out of airfield area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including cutting of earth, forming and cleaning of sides and bottom of demolished drain complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and prepared to the plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry/stone walling in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for mild steel framed work such as grills, grating, tubular pipes, flat iron etc including bending or turning with ERW or induction butt welding: framed guard bars; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks , cattle traps and similar work conforming to Fe 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for desilting/removing of earth deposits from the drains/nallahas / trenches etc of any description & in any position, getting out and disposal of earth at a distance of n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Nature of silt/earth deposits in the drains/nallahas is soft/ loose and sandy soil).

M&L for removing existing RCC drain cover slab of size 95x50x30 cm and refixing same in the existing position mechanically with Crane/JCB using suitable harness before/after cleaning the drain around runway. Note :Cleaning items of the drain should be paid seperately and any damage occured to RCC drain or drain cover during removing or refixing of cover slab shall be repaired by contractor on his own cost as directed by Engr-in-charge

M& L for clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahas and berms of drains, roads/path etc of any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30 cm and trimming the earth surface to make good side cuts/surface soil depression , removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of grass, bushes, shrubs etc around signage/DTGM boards/Controller huts etc around runway mechanically by petrol driven brush cutter upto ground level and making the area neat and clean by removing/throwing the rubbish to a distance not less than 500 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Make of machine : KishanKraft KK-BC-8640 or equivalent as approved by GE

Demollition of cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in shelves, cover slabs for manholes/drains etc set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 8-10 mm dia and cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia for securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris to a distance not less than 500 mtrs away from runway complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) type B-1 as in sub base in floors , pavings etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigments over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
