Providing on hire basis LT Panel Board comprising with 100A-1No as I/c & 63A-4Nos as O/g main switches incl 200A Busbar, Indicator & measuring instrument etc. incl. earthing arrangement & dismantling after the function.

Do-Do- 415V, Upto 6 Way Double Door TPNBDB With 1 No. - 63 amp FPMCB as Incoming & 15No. 6-32 amp SPMCB as Outgoing etc incl. earthing arrangement & dismantling after the work.

Do-Do- 2+12 way Double Door SP MCB DB with required nos of 6-32 A/way MCB as out going & 1no 40/63A DPMCB as incomer etc incl. earthing arrangement & dismantling after the function.

Providing on hire basis following switches etc. on wooden plank board or suitable angle iron frame incl. Providing interconnection wiring with socketing, earthing attachment etc. and dismentaling at the of end function (with PWD / E.I.C. approved materials) a) 415V, 100 amp, Offload Change Over Switch

Distribution wiring in 2 or 3 x 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC copper wire to light/fan points incl. fixing holder, switch and double board etc. complete on hire basis and dismantling the same (Av. Run 8 mtr.)

Supplying & providing on hire basis 250 watt LED Flood light complete with bracket and clamps on the pole including dismantling incl. replacement of fused lamp (As per approved by E.I.C.)

Supplying & providing on hire basis 150 watt LED Flood light complete with bracket and clamps on the pole including dismantling incl. replacement of fused lamp (As per approved by E.I.C.)

Supplying & providing single/twin LED fitting complete with tube, commercial type (4 ft) box type single/twin fitting on hire basis and dismantling the same (As per approved by E.I.C.)

Supplying & providing on hire basis pendent light fittings with 18 watt LED lamp holder shade etc. complete including dismantling the same

Supplying & providing 1 no Seperate 6 amp plug and Switch with 150X100X65mm MS/TW switch Board on Hire basis and dismantaling the same

Providing & Earthing on hire basis with 50 mm dia GI Pipe 2.5 to 3 mtrs. Long and 6/8 SWG GI wire with galvanized nuts and bolts washer etc. below ground level on hire basis and dismantling the same

LED STRUCTURE FOR GATE Hire and Labour charges for temporary Installation of of LED Board of Size 15’ x 8’ft capable to prevent wind pressure by attaching to M.S. structure(back side of board of suitable size MS angle/ MS hollow square/rectangle bar) by drilling hole incl. S&F special type steel nuts, bolts and washer . The matter of the LED sing board should be in English/Bengali/Hindi letters incl. all fixing facility, including jointing/setting the same part by part incl. S&F SMD module (Best Quality make) of required quantity for illumination and necessary interconnection with SMPS. The matter will be decided by the authority at later stage: (For 3 days)

Making necessary arrangement for fixing the above LED board by making necy supporting structure made of wooden to resist heavy wind by S&F necy clamp, nuts-bolts etc and install the same at an height of 17 ft from road level .

Supply & laying of 1.1kv grade 2x2.5sq mm +1x1.5 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed Cu wire drawn in 20mm dia PVC rigid hard pipe.

Do-Do- 4way SP MCB DB with required nos of 6A/way MCB as out going & 1no 25A DP Isolator as incomer etc incl. earthing arrangement & dismantling after the function.

Hire and Labour charges for construction of over head gate with wooden frame of dimension 30 ft x 10 ft ,16 ft hight from road level with strong bamboo /sulbullah post with required bacing & runner finished with decorative coloured cloth on wooden frame and facia as per direction of EIC. (For 3 days)

Supply and laying 1.1 K.V. grade 2 core 4 sq mm PVC/Ar/ Al. Cable with 1x10 SWG GI wire.as per G.S.Through underground with 1.5 inch dia pvc hard pipe for necessary protection.

Add. Extra charges beyond 3(three) days. @2% more of the basic rate per day for 9 days (on item no. 1 to 20 above). (Rate of this item will be governed by actual execution)

S&F compression type gland, as per SOR and Finishing the end of following cable by crimping method incl.supplying fixing solderless socket (dowels Make) tape anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 4x25 sq.mm PVC armoured Al. cable .

Cost of Diesel Oil (For 62.5 KVA DG Set-14Ltrs/hour x2hrs per day & For 10 KVA DG Set-3 Litrs/hour x2hrs per day) incl. fuel handling charge.

Deployment of One no. Electrician & One no. Helper per shift per day (i.e. Total 3 nos Electrician & 3 nos Helper per day for 24 Hrs) for carring out all kind of EI maintenance, DG operations & entire PA system etc.

Cost for temporary electrical service connction charges to be paid to WBSEDCL/CESC authority.(1 Job).

Note: 1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties and all ancilery charges as applicable (except item no. 36) 2) Total is rounded off to the nearest rupees 3) WBSEDCL Service connection charge will be paid as per actual quotation, subject to maximum amount as mentioned in BOQ.
