SITC of DG Set Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 'Silent type' Diesel engine driven AC Generating set ,installed in accoustic enclosure, of rating 625 KVA at 0.8 lagging power factor , 415 volts , 1500 RPM, 3 phase system, for 0.85 load factor and consisting of the following:(Please refer AAI List of approved makes for electrical works) a. Diesel Engine: Diesel Engine: 4 stroke water cooled, electric start with radiator, single unit of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for a continuous output of alternator 625 KVA, at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649,IS 10000 capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. Engine mounted instrument Panel shall be fitted with digital type display/operating controls for the following. (i) Start-stop switch with key, (ii) Water temperature indication, (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication, (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication, (v) Battery charging indication, (vi) RPM indication, (vii) Over speed indication,(viii) Low lub. Oil trip indication, (ix) Engine Hours indication b. Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for 625KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS:4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation. c. Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement including construction of suitable new cement concrete foundation embedded with angle iron supports along its edges and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of original equipment manufacturer. d. Fuel Tank: Day service fuel tank of minimum 800 ltr / above as per OEM standard, liters capacity, fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications. e. Starting System 12/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: complete with suitable nos. of batteries as required as per specifications and as per OEM standards. f. Acoustic Enclosure Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere duly type tested and certified by the authorised agency of Central Pollusion Control Board and conforming to CPCB norms and specifications. g.Exhaust System Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic converter.

Exhaust piping for DG set Exhaust gas piping of suitable dia. Welded black MS, B class pipe confirming to IS:3589 cut to required length and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings including one coat of painting with metalic primer and two coats of enamel paint of approved shade and colour as required as per specifications.

Design, Supply, Installations, Testing and Commissioning of indoor type totally enclosed and extensible type MV LT panel,degree of enclosure protection shall be IP 42 as per IS 13947 ([part-I), with front and back openable arangement completely made up of i/c internal partitions of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel,i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade,dust tight, vermin proof totally enclosed, cubicle type floor mounting, free standing including providing and fixing of extensible type 2000 A Aluminium bus bar with all accessories suitable for operation at 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C power supply system complete with all accessories, interconnection with solid copper strip neutral links,earthing, painting, grouting, providing cable entry provision, cable chamber control wiring with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated FRLS copper conducor single core multistandard cables, cable gland plates, danger notice plates etc. as required and mounted with the following switch gears as per technical specification.Entire panel shall have a common suitable size aluminium earth bar with 2 Nos earth stud, detachable gland plate at the bottom and rubber gasket for doors with locking arrangement etc complete with MS iron base frame fabricated from 75 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm MS channel With all necessary accessories etc, complete as required. The LV panel shall be complete design verified assembly as per IEC 61439. The LV panels shall be modular, extendable and shall have maintenance friendly construction. The LV panel shall have compartmentalized bolted construction. LV panel shall be manufactured by authorized Franchisee of OEM based on design given by OEM.(Please refer AAI List of approved makes for electrical works). Incommer : 2 Nos 1250A (at 50 degree celcius) each four pole ACB, horizontal drawout type air circuit breaker with LSING protection of fault break capacity 50 KA (Icu=Ics=Icw for 1 Second) upto 440 V, Electrically operated, interlock shall be provided between breaker operating mechanism & the arc chutes, with in-built safety shutter, inbuilt Electrical anti-pumping, contact wear indication, mechanical ON/OFF and service/test/Isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, ROHS complaince, conforming to IS 1397-2-1933 as amended up-to-date complete with following accesssories for each ACB. Release shall annunciate each fault in its chassis through LED. ACB releases shall be self powered, have O-LED Display showing Current, Energy, Power Parameters & Harmonic Metering, with minimum Last 10 Trip data & 10 Event Data Recording for analysis. Release shall have Soft rating Plug for accurate protection and also shall have password protection. If required in future, release shall have optional feature for adding RS 485 communication module in the same unit. a) multifunction meter with RS 485 (for V,A,KWH,KW,PF,Hz,KVA & THD - L&T WL 5010 or equivalent); suitable rating CTs. PUSH PUTTON ON/OFF (R&G) AUX.CONTACTOR 2 NO+2NC 230 V AC 4A CONTROL FUSE. b)suitable rating CT 3 Nos phase indication LED lamps- R,Y,B, ON,OFF,TRIP,SPRING CHARGE indication light with HRC fuse test terminal block set,etc,. push button ON/OFF auxillary contact for positive interlocking of the breakers as required. c) Suitable rating of surge protection device Bus couplers: a)1 No. 1250 Amps horizontal drawout type air circuit breakers without protection release of fault breaking capacity 50 KA (Icu=Ics=Icw for 1 Second) upto 440 V, Electrically operated, interlock shall be provided between breaker operating mechanism & the arc chutes, with in-built safety shutter, inbuilt Electrical anti-pumping, contact wear indication, mechanical ON/OFF and service/test/Isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact,conforming to IS 13947-2-1993 as amended up-to-date complete with following accesssories for each ACB. b) indication LED lamps- R,Y,B, ON,OFF,TRIP,SPRING CHARGE with HRC fuses, auxilary contactor (2NO+2NC), push button ON & OFF, interlocking of breakers ,etc.as required-1 set BUSBAR : TPN Aluminium busbar of minimum 2000 Amps capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleaves and supports etc as required. Supplying of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, Aluminium conductor armoured Power Cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-I 1985 with upto date amendments complete as required as per specifications. 3.5 core, 400 sq.mm

Providing, laying and fixing 200mm dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground/bitumimous surface (75 cm below ground level) including excavation,refilling the trench making the bitumimous surface to orginal finish etc., complete as required.120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Laying of one number armoured XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in existing masonary open duct as required. [Above 185 sq.mm to 400 sq. mm]

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. ( Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 core x 400 sq.mm

Supply and fixing of fire retardant electrically insulated synthetic mat of class A, 2mm thick +/- 10% suitable for all voltages not exceeding 3.3 KV AC and 240V DC system meeting requirements of IS 15652:2006 tested for breakdown strength, tensile/elongation, ageing properties, insulation resistance, effect to acid, alkaline, diesel, transformer oil & leakage current test, fire test etc. having minimum width of 1000 mm +/- 20 mm along with all allied materials such as Pu-resin, Chemi bound, special adhesive (as recommended by OEM), liquid primer etc. in what so ever quantity required including necessary cutting to complete the job as per site conditions, and as per instruction from Engineer-in-charge. The scope also includes dismantling of existing insulation mats at areas wherever required.

Supply and fixing of nominal 3mm +/- 10% thick Electric insulated synthetic Mat conforming to IS: 15652 : 2006 & suitable for class – C upto 33 KV, 415 V AC supply etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of existing essential panel and relocating the same within 15 mtr as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, removing the cable from the existing essential panel, terminating the cables to the new panel without affecting airport operations etc complete as required.

Dismantling of exisitng 70 KVA DG set along with of AMF panel, associated cables and shifting the same within 15 mtr to the location as per the direction of EIC i/c dismantling of projected DG set concrete foundation and make the area good with PCC of 1:2:4, finishing the location with the existing floor.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and laying 20 mm X 3 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 20 mm X 3 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
