• a) The bidder should have experience of completed Civil Work/ RCC work for the value mentioned below successfully completion, of the values given below during the past 7 years as on the date of the NIT. i) At least one (1) work as mentioned above, of the value not less Rs.2.25 Crore (Rupees Two Crore & Twenty-Five Lakh only). or ii) At least two (2) works as mentioned above, of the value not less than Rs.1.40 Crore (Rupees One Crore & Forty Lakh only) each. or iii) At least three (3) works as mentioned above, of the value not less than Rs.1.15 Crore (Rupees One Crore & Fifteen Lakh only) each.

• Work Order/any other Letter of Award of Work/Contract Document/ Purchase Order placed by the client. • Commissioning Certificate/Completion Certificate/Final Acceptance Certificate Corresponding to clause-2a.

• Consortium bidding is not allowed

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during three consecutive financial year ending in March-2024, shall be at least Rs.1.00 Crore. The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports for three consecutive financial years ending March- 2024 in support of the above.

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March-2024 as per the audited annual accounts

• Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI from2019 onwards, shall contain the unique document identification number.

• The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine
