Dismantling timber scantling, 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling boardings of any description, fixed in any position with nails/screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore GI water tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling etc. including taking up or down old steel water tubing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 6.00 above but 20mm bore.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store and refixing the serviceable tubes and fittings and connection in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 8.00 above but 20mm bore.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity upto 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Cleaning, repairing etc. measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F in replacement 1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank, tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position and removing old tank to store, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 142 gms), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 gms), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 18.00 above but 20mm bore.

Removing old spun yarn lagging material from GI tubing of any size including plaster of paris and removing to a distance not exc 50 mtr from the site and disposed off, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for lagging to 15mm bore pipe, used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed SNAPON section of sensity 144Kg/Cum, confirming to IS-9842, provided with chicken mesh netting 25 gauge 20mm mesh binging wire and reinforecement with plaster of paris, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 21.00 above but 20mm bore.

M&L for rolled mild steel work as in compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 2nd class soft wood, clean sawn timber, fixed in scantling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class soft wood boardings, fixed in any position with nails/screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engnineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs (for manholes etc.) and set in CM 1:6 including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
