Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/ wire mesh windows/ doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi- chambered frame, sash and mullion/ coupler (wherever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (whereever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia. with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/ mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh/ Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with/ without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately. Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided by the manufacturer for : (iii) Sites with basic wind speed > 45 m/sec as per IS 875 - Part 3 (iv) Sites with structure height more than 20m for all wind speeds.

Three track three panels sliding window with two glazed & one wire mesh panels with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Using R4 series with frame (115mm & above) x (45mm & above) & both glazed and fly screen sash (44mm & above) x (55mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on every glazed panel along with multi-point locking system. (Height above 1.8m)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :

12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) :2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fxing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing Work table (Size : Width 1524mm x Depth 770mm x Height 770mm) with one drawer and below the drawer file storage box with openable shutter with locking facilities to be fitted with auto close inches. Drawer size W-300mm x D-400 x H-150mm) shall be fitted with telescopic channel & Handle. Table top shall be made out of 24 mm thick superior quality chemically treated, edge glued finger joined ISO specification's Rubco haut rubber wood panel board, side support shall 18mm, front side to be covered with 12-15mm thick wood panel. Necessary footrest shall be fixed with 100mm width x 24mm thick beam. After completing the carpentry works all the visible area will be sanding by N.60 & 80 wood sanding paper and apply Sheenlac/ Berger make Filler with mixing of NCD Thinner (Sheelac/ Berger make), then pasting chock putty on the shabby/ nailing area which will be sanding with No.120 sanding paper, thereafter apply sealer sheenlac/ berger make then cutting with No.320 Sand paper. Once complete the above said process shall spray Melamine polish of Berger/ Sheenlac make then sanding with No. 400 paper. Finally will apply silicon with soft Banyan Cloth for between shinning/ finishing. All complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing File/ Documents Storage unit (Size: Width 1800mm x Depth 400mm x Height 1800mm) having two doors, five compartments. Door of the unit shall be 15mm thick panels to be fixed in the frame of 75mm x 24mm thick beam, side/ shelves 18mm thick wood panel, back shall be 12mm. The wood mateirals specificiation to be used and method of polish shall be same as mentioned at above S.No.14.

Providing and fixing File/ Documents Storage unit (Size: Width 900mm x Depth 400mm x Height 1800mm) having two doors, five compartments. Door of the unit shall be 15mm thick panels to be fixed in the frame of 75mm x 24mm thick beam, back shall be 12mm. The wood mateirals specificiation to be used and method of polish shall be same as mentioned at above S.No.14.

Supplying and fixing HDPE liner of approved brand of 1.2mm thick for the collection of water including heat welding on site and off site as per the requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing work table of size 8’(L) x 1'5"(B) x 2’6”(H) with 18mm Rubber wood (Rubco huat wood or equivalent) and two coats of sanding sealer two coats of NC filler and melamine polish of desired shade i/c cost of all materials transportation charges all labour charges, minor tools etc as per ISO specification complete with the provision for kept key board, CPU, UPS and other side having one drawer and open able shutter with snap hinges and lock, the sample brand to be used shall be approved/decided by the Engineer-in-charge prior to execution of work.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in- charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately).

Providing and fixing in wall lining medium density fibre board IS: 14587:1998 marked, Pre-laminated one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium composite panel (ACP) 4mm thick (0.50+3.00+50mm) on anodized aluminium frame work using JINDAL/INDAL or equivalent box section of size 50x50x2mm thick and 40x40x3mm anodized aluminium angle at not more than 0.60 mtrs centre to centre spacing as per actual requirement at curves, junctions, jointed with all necessary fixtures such as cleat agles, brackers screws etc fixed to ceiling with necessary high performance imported double side CHB tapes, structural seatant (DOWCORNING No. 789, 998) fixed so as to transfer the weight of Alcon panels (ACP) to aluminium frame work and to avoid undue stress on silicon sealant, closing the grooves (12-16mm) with weather grade silicon sealant ensuring the whole system water proof, rigid against wind using conversion resistant hardware necessary paints thermal expansion/contration mechanism etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (for walling).

Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Superior hardwood cat-II (A) plank weather boarded walling fixed on frames with necessary nails etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge (excluding the cost of frames which will be paid seperately).
